Even gave me some tips (when I asked) on litterbox management and how to get them less afraid of the carrier! Tori knows what she’s doing and it’s evident. She sent pictures every day while I was gone, along with descriptions of their behavior. I felt so at ease with my cats under her care. Highly recommend!”
