Joelyz did an amazing job as per usual with Kona! She is very communicative always sending updates while we’re gone and I know Kona loves being around her and her lovely family. Will definitely be booking again and highly recommend!

My family and I are devastated that our beloved dog, Iggy, passed away during his stay with Joelyz. He was supposed to be in her care for four days but within four hours of dropping him off, he was gone. I cannot recommend her to watch anyone’s dog. I had chosen her for his sitter because she had five star reviews, was a vet tech, and had no pets. Shortly after dropping off Iggy at this sitter’s house, I learned that she actually had 2 dogs. Had her profile reflected this, I would have never chosen her to begin with, because my dog gets very anxious around other dogs. My mistake was leaving Iggy there because she assured me that she would not mingle them. Her experience being a vet tech shocked me because I feel she waited too long to seek medical attention for Iggy’s distress, and failed to inform me sooner, waiting two hours to text me what was happening which by then was too late. Our dog had no acute health issues before I brought him to Joelyz. We took such good care of him, so you can imagine how distraught and angered we were to find out from the vet that he was unresponsive and covered in feces and vomit when he arrived at the animal hospital. Now, my family and I are left with a lifetime of regret and sad memories of that awful day.
