About: Hi! My name is Kori and I’m a former vet tech (with a degree) with many years of experience working with all kinds of animals. I love animals and treat them all like they were my own, my goal is to provide the absolute best experience for pets and their people! I’m currently available most days of the week, hours may vary but I’m generally fairly flexible! I will work with you to find a time that works. Between August 20th and May/June (the duration of the school year) I will be unavailable on weekdays between 10:30-2:30. I am currently open to doing drop ins in your home as well as dog walking. About: I’ve been taking care of pets and began learning to train since I was 9. It’s my biggest passion and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’ve cared and trained for puppies, young dogs and senior dogs, and know that each one has different care and needs. I’m a full time Police Dispatcher working Monday-Wednesday from 3pm-11pm and Thursday/Fridays from 7am-3pm, weekends off (usually). With set schedule, I can do one visit throughout the week and two or as many as needed throughout the weekends. I’ve always been set on this “ if you’re not watching them then it’s best for them to stay in their kennel” this highly goes for puppies since they are like babies. They will chew on anything and everything they can get to. I always makes sure they have clean water and set a timer for meals. Potty breaks are very important after dinner and every other hour of course. Exercise is highly important as well, mostly for the younger ones since they have so much energy. Eventually they get bored if not taken out and become destructive so keeping them entertained is important and fun.
