“Ron did a great job accommodating my 10 month old standard poodle who can have a lot of energy at times. About: I am a trainer with 25 years of working with dogs of all types, including shelter dogs. I currently assist the behavior team and foster department at KC Pet Project. I mostly work from home and I will take your pup for a nice long walk every day on a different trail or to a different lake or conservation area etc. I do not usually accept new clients but a few have sadly passed away. I have a regular extended pack of dogs that I have been watching for years, as needed. I don’t do daycare unless one of my clients needs it. I do have a dog-friendly home with a fenced yard and 20+ trees (lots of squirrels) and no children present or visiting. I have a dog and I may also have a foster or they may be another visiting member of the pack so please check with me if your dog is not dog tolerant. I work from home part-time and my schedule is my own and it basically centers around the dogs. Taking dogs for an adventure is always my first priority every day. I fit errands in around their nap schedule I am very aware of safety and I keep my eyes on the dog/s. They are always with me. I have a fenced back yard and if I have to run an errand and they can’t come with me, I leave them in my dog friendly living room that can be closed off. They can also be crated if preferred.

“Manda was great. Peaches was a bit shy at first but she was fine. I’m very pleased with the kind care Manda provided. Definitely will book again.”

About: I have been around animals my entire life and cared for my own dogs for nearly 20 years. I often dog sit/house sit for friends and neighbors. I have two female pugs and a male terrier mix who are part of our family. While I do have kids and they may join in on a walk, I would always be the one in charge of the leash and walking your dog. We have a large fenced in yard for plenty of play time if you board or schedule doggie daycare with us. I also have experience caring for small animals like cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards, chickens, and hamsters. I can board animals in cages/enclosures in an area where other animals do not have access or provide drop in visits in your home. With specific instructions, I could accommodate most types of animals. I work part time on the weekends and my husband works full time during the week, part of which is work from home. Our home is rarely without someone here. I do have two school aged children who are gentle if a dog is staying with us and also gives me an opportunity for dog walking at your location. I will provide cute pictures from drop in visits, walks, and boarding. If your dog stays overnight with us, we would require crating only during the night. Otherwise our dogs are out and about in the main part of the house and go out into our fenced backyard often. They also enjoy frequent walks in our quiet neighborhood if desired.

“So grateful for Morgan’s help today - she even trimmed the dogs’ nails for me. Glad she was able to take both my dogs for daycare and she sent videos and pics throughout the day, which was so much appreciated. Morgan is super friendly and great at what she does. Looking forward to next time!”

“Billie gives such kind, loving care to Ginger. She makes adorably decorated little jars of home made treats for special holidays and is a wonderful caregiver to our senior dog. Her own dog is an easy going older fella himself, and they ignore each other companionable. 😄”

“Our two pups spent the day at Bart’s and seemed to have had a fine time. Our energetic pup definitely got plenty of play time and come home a little more hungry than usual. :-) It was a great first stay, and i’m Sure there will be many more.”

“Our dog Rubi loved Elaine! I messaged Elaine the day before we needed care for our dog and she was so prompt to respond and ready to help us. She took great care of Rubi and sent us a picture and updates. Her backyard is perfect for dogs to run and play in and her house is calming and quiet. We will deffinetly think of Elaine again if we need care for our dog.”

“Great first day of hanging out at Savannah’s house. They have such a nice fenced in backyard. Can’t wait until the boys get introduced to the other dogs and get to play. Will be booking again, thank you!”

About: Taken care of dogs for over five years. Watch neighbors and friends dogs routinely. Live around the corner from Grandview pet hospital for even more peace of mind. I work full time remotely so I’m always home. Bathroom breaks and walks will never be an issue. I am literally home 95% of the time. The other five percent is locally around KC to see family. Big back yard and have an extra room for pets including toys and mattress etc. My dog is my son without tax breaks so he sleeps in the bed with me mostly. I don’t mind if dogs are on furniture etc. If this is against your home rules, I have no problem keeping them off if needed. Food, walks, naps, play time and repeat.

About: I have had pets almost my whole life. Dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, reptiles and a parrot. Life stages include kitten, puppies, middle age rescues to seniors. I will care for your fur babies and home as if they were my own. Presently I am retired and available for drop in visits. You can relax knowing your home and pets are in my caring hands. Primarily, I offer kitty & small/med dog care, feeding, brushing, playing, walking, litter care. May consider larger dogs, doggie daycare and overnight stay. Depends, as I do have a very mellow happy cat and I do not want to turn her world upside down. I will want to meet your pet, listen to you, take notes on their routines and what is most important for their best care while you are away. I know from my own experience the relief I feel when I have reliable pet care. I will always be a phone call away and will text pictures of your fur baby while they are in my care.

“Kayah was a perfect host and we appreciate how well she communicated and spent time with Hazel.”

“I appreciate how well Chantelle took care of my sweet pup Blue! She left continuous updates on him and I will be forever grateful for her service.”

7. Brandi S.
“We are so grateful we found Brandi. It just so happens she lives down the hill from my home. When I met her she told me she fosters dogs and trains them, which I admire her for. When my family and I planned a trip and we needed someone to watch my 10 year old beagle, Jazzy, I was a little nervous asking her, not because I didn’t think she would be able to handle Jazzy, but because Jazzy has super bad separation anxiety, and will destroy my house trying to get out, and on occasion has had a few accidents in the house. When I asked her if she was available and warned her about Jazzy she’s said she wasn’t worried at all. She went above and beyond my expectations. They went on dog adventures everyday, all different off leash parks. She sent me updates which I really appreciated. Her dogs were also great with Jazzy, she was and is part of the pack while she stays there. Brandi’s a natural with dogs, She’s knows her stuff. It really is a vacation for Jazzy and she loves going there and feels completely at home. I know now when I plan a vacation the last thing I have to worry about is the care of Jazzy. I believe she Is the best and as long as I own a dog she is the only dog sitter I will use.”

All of this combines to create a priceless sense of ease and comfort, knowing we are able to relax and enjoy time away when we need someone to care for our creature family member! You too can indulge in this carefree bliss by choosing Natalie!”

Whether it’s grooming, training, or just spending time with the pets in daycare; she always makes sure they feel safe and loved and that's what's most important to me! She used to care for my cocker spaniels, Daniel and Suzie. They were always in the best hands with her. She’s reliable, caring, and passionate about what she does!
