“Phenomenal pet sitter! We love Jaden and more importantly, so do our dogs! We came home from a 4 day trip to pets that were relaxed and happy. We were blown away when one of our very shy and nervous dogs who usually hides from even regular visitors followed Jaden around. She is definitely our go to sitter from now on!Thank you Jaden for loving on our dogs and allowing us to relax and enjoy visiting our kids and grandkids!!”

“I had the best first experience using the Rover app all because of Kayla. Her calm demeanor made my dogs and cats trust her almost immediately. She was incredibly thorough through the first initial visit and knew all the right questions to ask if I missed something. I will absolutely be rebooking with her. Incredibly happy that I have a trustworthy babysitter because that’s what she is. An incredible babysitter for my fur babies!”

“Marci was incredible with our girl Eris. It was very clear from the pictures that our girl LOVED spending time with Marci. We will absolutely book her again when we have another trip!”

“This was my second time using Linda. Just like the first time she took care of my cats, Linda's communication, attention to detail, friendliness and reliability were outstanding. I'm so glad I have someone as wonderful as Linda to take care of my kitties when I'm away from home.”

“Breanna was great with my Millie dog. I was very apprehensive to book drop-in doggy visits because my Millie dog can be protective and not welcoming to anyone new in her yard and house. Breanna let Millie warm up to her on Millie's terms and Breanna even brought some of her doggies to play with Millie, with permission of course. I will definitely book drop-in visits with Breanna again for Millie. Thank you Breanna, you have made this stressful situation for us seamless and uneventful. Millie looks forward to having you stop by again especially if you bring one of your doggies to play.”

About: While I haven’t had formal pet care experience, I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always taken care of my own pets. I understand how important it is to give them love, attention, and consistent care. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and giving lots of affection. I may not have professional training, but I’m reliable, gentle, and genuinely care about the well-being of animals. I treat every pet like family! I currently work part-time at Chipotle, which gives me plenty of free time to care for your little ones. I’m available in the mornings, early afternoons, and on weekends! When visiting a client’s home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions to keep their pet safe and comfortable. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure, and I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and surroundings during walks and playtime. I believe in building trust through patience, gentle handling, and creating a calm, fun environment where your pet feels safe and cared for

About: I’ve had at least 5 years of experience sitting for friends and family. I’m going to college and studying to be a Veterinarian. I volunteer at Kern County animal shelter, and my main task is cleaning puppy cages, so I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I am a college student at CSUB, studying to be a veterinarian. During the Summer, I have a lot of free time while still maintaining good availability during the school year. Even if I have classes, I would still be able to check on an animal every day. I make sure to remove anything that could potentially harm an animal (Sago Palm for cats) and if they enjoy going outside, to always have them on a leash and in my sight.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, although as back to school season starts, my last day in Bakersfield will be September 15th. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: I’ve taken care of pets for the past two years and before that I had my own during childhood! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I have short hours at work so I have plenty of time to walk and care for pets throughout the week! I’m also an early riser! My current roommate works long hours so I am the primary caretaker of his two dogs! I feel like their both our dogs at this point.

About: Pretty much all of my life I’ve had a pet or two within my household. My first pet I remember clearly have a lot of responsibilities for was a cat I had when I was around 7. I would feed her, clean her litter box, and overall assist my family with caring for her. A couple years later I got a Golden Retriever and it was this dog that showed me how much I love animals. Once again I was always willing to help with her care, taking her for walks, giving her baths, and brushing her hair whenever needed. Now I have two dogs that I take extension care of and that I love to death. I bathe them, feed them, play with and take for walks. I’m currently employed and work a part time job, with a majority of my focus being towards school. I attend classes Monday-Thursday. At the moment I am currently on winter break so when I’m not working I spend most days with my dogs. I take them for walks regularly, feed them everyday, and give them attention all throughout the days. I grew up being taught to treat animals and other living things with respect and kindness. When I dog sit animals I abide by the rules given to me by owners and will care completely for the animals. I will feed whatever pets exactly how I am instructed, let them go outside to use the restroom regularly, and play with them extensively. I love animals a lot and I will probably spoil the animals with lots of love and attention if allowed. When walking my own dogs I allow my dogs to go potty and will pick up after them, I would let the dogs walk wherever they choose to go. I know that the dogs walks are for them to go out and get some fresh air and go potty.

About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats and dogs. When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dogs hair and clip his nails. I have open availability so I can fit morning, afternoon, and nightly check ins, baths, walks, overnight sitting, and errands. I would love to spend as much time as I can making sure that your pet is well loved and taken care of. I don’t want to break an animal’s routine so if you have your pet on a schedule/routine, diet, or regiment of some sort, I plan to stick to that.

About: Bringing a year of dedicated experience, I'm a compassionate and reliable pet care professional committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring the safety and happiness of all pets under my supervision. Morning dog walks serve as an excellent way to start my day, offering a refreshing and active break before lectures. My afternoon and evening hours after classes are then dedicated to additional dog walks, feeding, and personalized pet interactions. This seamless integration ensures that I can provide consistent and reliable care to pets, fitting around my study schedule. Ensuring the safety and comfort of every pet under my care is my absolute top priority. Not only do I adhere to rigorous safety protocols during walks and interactions outside the home, but my personal residence is also meticulously prepared to provide a secure and enriching environment for your beloved companion.

“Heidi took good care of my dog. Guala has just gotten spayed and I needed someone to watch her while I left town, Heidi watched her and gave her medicine. She updated me with messages and pictures, and my baby looked so happy. Her house was clean and looked safe for my dog. She is the most trustful person to leave your pets with. I am so happy with the care that she provide and now I know who to leave her with next time.”

“Jeanette is local to me and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. We have cameras so I was able to track her visits and watch her spend time with the dogs. Our agreement was to just feed my 2 dogs twice a day, but she went above and beyond. She brought my mail and packages into my garage and spent time playing with our German Shepherd and Beagle. She was "on Task" and on time every day. I would definitely use her again.”
