As we live in Hagerstown, we offer free shuttle service for our clients along the I-270 corridor—Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Urbana, and Frederick. Our clients are very welcomed to pick-up and drop-off at our home if their plans take them through Hagerstown. We're excited to be in our sixth year with Rover! During this time, we developed wonderful and continuing relationships with many of our repeat guests and their parents. Plus, our teenager has a very light after school/summer activities and sports schedule. Together, we are committed to care for our guests just as if they were members of our own family. This includes taking your pooch with us when we need to be away from our home, if that is acceptable to you. We’ll send lots of messages with pics and clips that keep you in touch. And you can call us anytime through our Rover phone number if you ever need to discuss a particular matter. We have a spare room with open beds, large crates, and collapsible kennels are available if required/requested. Please remember to pack your dog’s favorite food, treats, toys, blanket, etc., to make their stay more comfortable. We provide the dog beds, bowls, and potty pads and bags, so there's no need for you to worry about any of that.

About: I was born and raised on a family farm. From the time I was born I have been riding in tractors and taking care of all sorts of animals. Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. I have always loved rescuing strays and rehabilitating injured animals of all shapes and sizes. I now have three fur babies of my very own and they are my life! If you entrust your pet with me I will not take it lightly as it is a deep honor and privilege. I love spoiling animals and giving them all the love. If I ever won the lottery I would adopt all of the oldest animals at the shelter and take them to my pet sanctuary. Please consider booking me so that I can continue to stay at home with my human baby as much as possible! 🐾 I am very part time right now since I stay home with my little one. About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. I'm available for house sitting, drop in visits, or dog walking (they can help me get my 10,000 steps in) I understand all things routine involving fur babies, I can walk them when needed, play and take care of them so you have peace of mind while you're out.

About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, guinea pigs, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). My original dream was to become a vet so I have a background interning with veterinarian, working multiple years in a grooming and boarding facility and had my own very successful animal care and sitting business as a teenager. I have great nail trimming skills as well! Animals are naturally drawn to me and sense my love and respect for them. I work remotely so am pretty flexible with schedules. I also have taken the pet CPR course! I work remotely from home so am flexible in what I can offer. I feed my own pets multiple times a day and am able to monitor what is consumed. I also live in a beautiful community near parks for nice walks. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs who live next door who are always interested in playdates if desired. I work remotely so have flexibility in what I can offer clients. I do have a crate on premises if you do not have although I prefer (as do pets) for them to have their familiar one! There are friendly cats who live with me although I would likely gate off my kitchen / sunroom area where my office is so that I can supervise and ensure harmony with unknown pet if in my home.

About: Having the background of being raised on a farm has given me an innate love for animals. I have become a go to person for my friends and family in the city with not only dogs, but farm animals as well (cows, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits etc.). I have experience with injured and ill animals as well in care taking. I am able to follow dietary restrictions and diets in general as well. Pets, cuddles and walks are no problem of course! :) I currently work from home (Thurmont, M-F 8-5) so I am very flexible with me being in home for either a whole work day, half day or drop ins (if close by). I cannot board in home. I am able to follow the direction of your pets care. Food schedules/diets, crating, walks etc. I keep every pets area clean and tidy so they feel as comfortable as possible. I simply ask for communication ahead of time in expecations.
