About: I have taken care of dogs for 8 years. I value responsibility, care, transparency, and communication when in charge of someone’s pet. Nothing is more important to me than your dog getting to experience fun in a safe environment. I’m a senior at Appalachian State, and my class schedule gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week, including days when I only have one or two classes. I have a dog of my own, so potty breaks, walks, and getting outside are already a big part of my everyday routine—and I’d love for your dog to join us! I especially love long walks, trips to the dog park, and finding fun ways for dogs to get their energy out while getting plenty of attention along the way. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I make sure to care for them in the way that makes them happiest and most comfortable. About: Hi my name is Amelia! I’ve had my dog for 8 years. I’ve been walking and pet sitting dogs for the last 4. I absolutely love animals and have lots of experience with different dog personalities and behaviors. I’m currently available all summer long. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
