About: I am trained in Fear-Free and worked at an animal shelter for 3 years. You can rely on me to give medicine and provide typical daily care such as ear cleaning and nail trimming if desired. In addition, I will walk your pet as needed and provide socialization and enrichment. I am a mom of 2 dogs and 4 cats in addition to my own children. My furbabies are always taken care of as soon as I wake in the morning and multiple times throughout the day. I have high expectations for the care of my own pets that I will carry over into the care of any pets in my care. About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

About: I love animals of all shapes and sizes. I love all breeds. I enjoy getting dogs to play and do tricks for treats. My family and I enjoy making your pet family. Sleeping cuddling and lots of attention is what they get while here. Most dogs don't want to leave when they come. I have several repeat dogs and they get out of the car and run to the house. Where they have an abundance of toys bones and beds to relax on. I believe the dog should be on your schedule so I do my best with that. Huge yard provides safe exercise time. I'm available every 4 to 6 hours for pet care. I love this job. I have crates and plenty of space to separate if needed. I have filtered water. Treats of all types. I have toys for an aggressive chewer to a softy.

I am open to traveling farther distances for 1+ week sits. I am attending VCU for my MSW M-F from 8-4, so I have limited availability for midday potty breaks/check-ins during the week, but I have open availability most evenings and weekends. For boarding requests, my partner works from my home and is available to offer potty breaks/check-ins for pets while I’m at school. About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I love dogs (maybe more than people lol) and whenever there’s a dog around me my heart melts and I just want to play with them and take care of all the pups!! I am currently a teacher and work Monday-Friday. I walk and/ or feed the pets I’m worked with before work and then again after work as well as play time. In the weekends I’m home all day long as well as in the summer months. I care for all animals as if they were my own. All animal get attention, scheduled meals, and exercise. I also have gates to separate animals if necessary.

When we got my puppy, I attended training classes with her, so I have the basic understanding of training young dogs as well. I have been relied on to feed, walk, and care for my own pets, but I also have been relied on by neighbors to walk, feed, play with, and spend time with pets. About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

I currently work at a dog pet resort, so I have plenty of experiences with all sorts of dogs. I currently work part time, and am available pretty often!
