About: Mother/Son duo. I am trained in Fear-Free and worked at an animal shelter for 3 years. During that time, my son Isaac assisted me. You can rely on me to give medicine and provide typical daily care such as ear cleaning and nail trimming if desired. In addition, we will walk your pet as needed and provide socialization and enrichment. I am a mom of 2 dogs and 4 cats in addition to my own children. My furbabies are always taken care of as soon as I wake in the morning and multiple times throughout the day. I have high expectations for the care of my own pets that I will carry over into the care of any pets in my care. I will provide the care and love you want for your pet while they are being cared for by me. They will receive top-notch love and oversight in their own environment so that they can feel comfortable and at ease.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was 10 years old and probably younger! I was always fascinated by animals and wanted to help my parents in anyway with our pets. I helped train all our dogs and trained my own dog all my own since she was a puppy. I’ve dealt with all the puppy stage antics to all the grumpy senior dogs! I’ve had cats for as long as I can remember and rescued my own cat a year ago. I know all about the troublesome kitten phases to the aloof senior kitties. I’ve had my own experience in giving medications to all ages of dogs and cats. I am also in school to be a licensed veterinary technician so I have some skills in that field as well. I’ve also owned all kinds of other animals from turtles, hamsters, Guinea pigs and mice to fish and rabbits and reptiles as well. I really just love all animals and would treat your pets as my own! I currently only work on the weekends so I have plenty of time to visit and walk pups of all kinds or go play and check on kitties or other animals all throughout the week! I do online classes so I have no problem bringing my laptop with me to stay and take care of your pets! Since I work on weekends usually long days I can do house sitting but I would have to leave very early Saturday mornings. As for Sundays I can start housesitting most Sunday evenings depending on my schedule! My pets in my home are very spoiled and loved. I have a 3 year old cat and at home with my parents are my 2 family dogs who I helped raise and 2 turtles! In a clients home I would treat your pets as if they are my own and make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of! I would make sure they are safe and stay in the home so no pet gets loose!

I grew up around and have experience with horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and even a bearded dragon. I have had 3 dogs and 5 cats throughout my life. My most recent dog we adopted as a young puppy, and I’ve also had senior dogs, so I have experience with dogs of all ages and activity levels. When we got my puppy, I attended training classes with her, so I have the basic understanding of training young dogs as well. I have experience administering medication to my cat, who had to take medication daily for his gums. I have been relied on to feed, walk, and care for my own pets, but I also have been relied on by neighbors to walk, feed, play with, and spend time with pets. I love animals, especially dogs, so this isn’t as much of a job as it is something I genuinely look forward to- especially since being in college I am not allowed to have pets where I’m living right now. I enjoy any opportunity I can get to interact with animals! I’m a current student, with no secondary job, so my schedule is flexible and your pet(s) would be my first priority. :) I am taking a few online classes currently, so my availability is open. I live in Mechanicsville, but have a car so transportation isn’t something that will cause schedule issues for me!
