About: Hi, I’m Ady! 🐾 I’ve always had a huge love for animals, and caring for them has been a big part of my life. I have a sweet 4-year-old pup named Leia, who is incredibly friendly and absolutely loves everyone! I also foster tiny bottle babies through local shelters and have experience caring for many different types of animals. Throughout the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of rescues, including dogs, cats, snakes, and geckos—from newborn neonates to senior pets. I have over 10 years of veterinary experience, including working in general practice, emergency medicine, and ICU/specialty veterinary care. I’m comfortable caring for pets with special medical needs and administering medications, including oral medications and insulin injections. I understand how hard it can be to find someone you genuinely trust to care for your pets while you’re away. About: Over 20 years as a dog owner. I'm semi-retired. I've been watching friends' and friends of friends' pets for years. I've been the only house/dog sitter for a pair of Dalmatians for the last 5 years. I've handled puppies that are still working on becoming housebroken as well as senior dogs that need regular medication and extra care. I do in-home tech support/ IT work. When a customer's animals have warmed up to me, I've been asked if I did pet sitting as well. It feels good when the pet picks you. My working schedule is very flexible, I'm usuably able to adjust it to make sure I'm available to see to your pet's needs. If I commit to caring for your critters they will be my scheduling priority. I don't have pets in my own home. When house/pet sitting, besides feeding, walking and picking up after the pets I'm capable of handling household issues that might come up.

About: I have always loved and cared about all animals. I currently own 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a tarantula, and fishes. I am currently a veterinary assistant student and will be pursuing a vet tech degree right after! I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. Family friends would let me walk their dog around the neighborhood. Although I don't own any dogs currently, on my free time i go to the san martin animal shelter and do doggy day out. I take dogs on a field trips out of the shelter whether it is a hike, a day at the beach, or just a walk at a park. I work part-time and am part time student, which gives me some flexibility to fit pet care into my schedule. I’m available on weekends and can plan around my work and school commitments. About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had two or three at a time—from Huskies, Malamutes, and wolf dogs to French Bulldogs, Border Collies, and Pit Bulls—so I learned early that every breed brings its own personality, challenges, and way of learning. Over the years, I’ve worked on the fundamentals with a wide variety of dogs and later had the opportunity to learn from an experienced trainer with a background in search and rescue, protection work, and advanced behavior training. That experience helped me expand my skills, understand dogs on a deeper level, and appreciate how much the right approach can change both a dog’s behavior and their future. Now I’m building something of my own. My goal is to keep learning, keep improving, and use the skills I’ve developed to help dogs become more confident, manageable, and successful in their homes. Most importantly, I hope to help give dogs with behavioral challenges a second chance—and keep as many as possible from being euthanized simply because they were misunderstood or never given the right training. I tend to favor weekends and over nights with my work schedule. However, flexibility is possible. Scheduling your pups appointments ahead will always be recommended! I work with both dogs and handlers/owners to facilitate better communication. Once a dog can communicate effectively with their human, a bond deeper than “the hand that feeds me” can develop.

About: What sets me aside from other dog sitters is my ability to be aware of a dogs needs! I am also super receptive to their needs and always want to make sure they're safe and taken care of. Especially since I know how scary it can be leaving your family (your fuzzy friend) with a stranger. However, I don't want it to feel like that. Through my husband's family I have had the privilege of really growing with four dogs. Two frenchies, and two chihuahuas who have become such a big part of my world. I love dogs and have even volunteered through CARE. Companion Animal Research Effort. The two Chihuahuas we owned were seniors so I would love to take care of senior pets if needed. I understand they need a lot more compassion as well as structure. I would make sure they're safe, monitored, and getting all the love they deserve to thrive! I'm currently working Full Time at a medical supply company- but I would love to help either Friday Nights after 5 PM, Saturdays if needed overnight into Sundays until 5 PM!
