About: Hi! I’m a dependable and caring dog lover who treats every pet like family. I’ve grown up with big dogs—especially Labrador Retrievers—so I’m very comfortable with larger breeds and understand their needs and energy levels. I currently have a 2-year-old female German Shepherd/Border Collie mix who absolutely loves other dogs, so being around pups is truly part of my everyday life. I’m used to providing plenty of attention, structure, and affection, and I make sure every dog I care for feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Since it's summer, it's preferred when the pavement isn't so hot. I have 3 dogs, two 8 year olds and one 15 year old. Our 8 year olds go on walks twice a day, once as soon we wake up, and again an hour after dinner. Our 15 year old is only allowed one short walk per day due to joint pain.

On arrival, she let my mini goldendoodle take a "self guided tour" of her backyard and whole house just so that he could feel at home. She's got a huge amount of space so our doggo was thrilled. During the first day of daycare she gave me numerous updates voluntarily without being prompted. I could tell that my dog was having a blast and lots of exercise in the process. I just picked him up an hour ago and boy is he beat! My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs, so I always make sure introductions are safe and comfortable for everyone. I do also have a cat but they typically hide away upstairs when new pets come around :) They are very friendly with dogs.

About: I have been taking care of pets for over six years. I have cared for fish, cats, and dogs. I have a big dog myself so large dogs do not scare me. I am great with animals and am more than willing to do house sitting, day time check ins, walking, bathing, etc.! I am about to graduate from school so I will be home all the time and will be able to stop by for house visits or to hang out with pets all day. Though for things like walking dogs would prefer to do that in the morning in order to beat the heat! I have a large fenced in yard with one dog to keep others company. My dog is crate trained and is non aggressive. In the house there is no chemicals or other harmful substances that pets could access. Additionally most cabinets and such are baby proofed so cats or other small pets would not be able to get in or trapped.
