1. Barbara G.

“Barbara did a great job with our cat Hal. They have their own routine and Hal loves her visits. There were some difficult travel days due to fog, drizzle, snow etc and Barbara made it to our country house. She did plan ahead and gave Hal extra food in case it got really bad. We appreciate having someone we can depend on!”

She's had pets her whole life, plus has extensive experience working with animals as a Veterinary Assistant and Doggie Day Care. She is responsible, caring, compassionate and loving with animals of all kinds. She is the quintessential animal magnet - when she is around a dog or cat, they sense she is a kind, fun, loving person to be with and they eagerly gravitate to her. “Katrina has cared for my pets several times over the years. She is always very attentive and caring. I have recommended her to many friends. Her love of animals is undeniable.”

9. Brianna W.

“Brianna was great. I was in a pinch and had never used Rover before. She wasn't able to meet my dog (German Shepherd) before hand during the week. That is important walking into a home of a Shepherd! She was flexible and met my dog in the morning of the day I needed her in the afternoon. Very much appreciated and worked out really well. Highly recommended and everyone should use her (except when I need her!!) Bill”

10. Olivia S.
“I’ve never met someone who loves and cares for animals like Olivia! She treats them better than people in my opinion. She is very good with both dogs and cats. And will always make sure they are watered and fed. And if they need a good walk or someone to throw the ball she can provide that too!”

13. Stephanie J.
About: I have 2 dogs of my own. One currently being a 3 month old puppy. Patience is key. I sometimes watch up to 5 dogs at one time in my home, or at friend’s houses. My dogs LOVE new people and friends! We go for walks several times a day. I’m trustworthy, clean, respectful of your home and how much your furry friends mean to you! I have had years of experience pet sitting in other peoples homes from friends and family. I work Monday-Thursday day shift hours. Free on Fridays and most weekends. Evening walks or to pop in for potty breaks are best suited for my schedule during the week, but am flexible with work scheduling. I have 5 acres of farmette land, not fenced in but plenty of room to run. I also own several acres of woods and I take walks along the fence line to avoid being by the road. Can easily separate or crate pets as needed. I have an adult dog that free roams during the day and sleeps with me at night. And I have a puppy who is currently crate training.

14. Lisa S.
“Lisa became my nextdoor neighbor a year ago, and not only did we become fast friends, but my two dogs immediately took to her. My smallest dog Pepper is a very anxious dog and normally hides when people visit, but he quickly warmed up to Lisa and allowed her to be affectionate with him. He comes right to her every time she visits. My other dog Kobie is very affectionate with Lisa and sits next to her on the couch and leans right into her. They both know she is a good person and that they can trust her.”

15. Sasha H.

“Sasha was great! Even though our two kitties are not comfortable with strangers she did everything I asked of her and did her best to coax them out. She spent the night and everything was spotless when we returned. She is a very nice person and has a great way with animals especially with shy kitties. Even though ours are a couple of tough nuts to crack. She has a quiet demeanor that will help confused and shy animals be put at ease. She's very responsible and I really like her a lot. Thank you Sasha! We will see you again soon 🙂”

16. Miiks T.

“Milks took care of my two cats for a week. She sent photos and kept me current on their activities. When I came home, they were lonesome for me, but not bonkers. Which meant they had attention, were not ignored. They are accustomed to me WFH daily, so long absences do not sit well with them. Yes, they are spoiled.”

17. Chloe P.
About: With a background in dog training, managing play groups in doggy daycare, and caring for shelter dogs, Chloe specializes in handling reactive, excitable, and rowdy dogs as well as quiet, shy, and reserved dogs with compassion, patience, and kindness. They are currently employed part-time as a self-employed trainer, as well as an equine caretaker at an equine assisted therapy program. Please provide food rewards (kibble or treats) to be taken on walks!

“I have 2 cats and she did an amazing job with them while I was on vacation for 2 weeks out of state. Not only did she keep them fed and watered (which was all I asked for) but she bought them some new toys and brushed them for me! I’m planning another vacation this year and she’s already agreed to watching them! She’s great!”
