“Barbara was great! We had her stop by to let our dogs out while we went out of town. She sent pictures with each visit, filled us in on how dogs were doing, at the meet & greet asked lots of questions so she knew more what to expect. Took the dogs for walks and let them play around for awhile before putting them back in kennels. Treated them like we would have. One of our dogs is pretty timid around other people, even she warmed quickly to Barbara. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter and/or have her watch our again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, goats, cows etc since I was little. I worked at the Crivitz Countryside Veterinary Clinic for 5 years right out of high school. I want to help others with their pets needs just as I would want the help in return. I live in Shawano, but work in Howard/Green Bay Monday through Friday. So after work or before work I am able to take care of pet needs in either location or anywhere in between or slightly past those points! 😊❤️ On the weekends I have more availability to stay with your pet(s) and do multiple drop in visits. My home is spacious enough to board your dog(s) as well if boarding is preferred. I have 10 acres with a pond/river and wooded backyard. I have one dog who is high energy but independent enough to enjoy another dogs company but over all she likes to do her own thing, and play fetch all day. A LOT of fetch people… I will always introduce my dog through a baby gate and once they get smells over with I like to have them meet outside because this takes the protective instincts away. A trick I learned from working at the Vet Clinic that hasn’t let me down. I can keep them separate from one another also if you wish. Though my dog is a fixed female. I have a split level 4 bedroom house that allows a lot of space in the two living room areas. I live less than 5 min from the fenced in Shawano dog park and less than 2 min from the dog beach.

About: *Important note for reacuring and new customers* Until at least February 2025 I will not be taking any new house sitting requests. I'm unexpectedly adopting a puppy. Long story short, my brother was fostering a puppy for a friend that went homeless and she gave birth to, thankfully, 5 healthy babies. We didn't want them to go to a shelter or strangers as the mom was already in a bad situation so I decided to keep the last one and will have my hands full the next couple of months. If you are desperate and need a house sitter we can work something out just know I may need to bring my puppy. I will have play pens and crates for him and plan on training him well but we all know sometimes their big personalities do what they do 🤣. Thank you for considering my services. Ive grown up with animals 3 dogs and 2 cats were almost always in the house, I used to walk the neighbor's dogs and house sat a couple times for family and a neighbor. I Have been a foster momma of two dogs. Im a caregiver and I always cared for my patients pets as much as I did them. I caregive almost every day 2-6 hours. I pick my schedule and I usually go around dinner time or later unless there is an appointment or something. Other than that I bartend a few times a month but I know that schedule way in advance so I will run it past you and make sure the pets are ok for that time. Despite me being a natural night owl and on bartender schedule, I typically wake up around 8a or 9a to care for the pup/s. I spend most of my day with the pets and I do spend the night when house sitting. I'm a very detailed oriented person and love written instructions! I do take notes during meet and greets but it never fails something get forgotten so don't feel like your bothering me or being extra, leave the note, send the text what ever you need! I love learning and knowing more about your pets that will help me care for them better.

About: I’ve had my own pets since I was little. I’ve had hamsters, goldfish, frogs, bunnies, hamsters and a dog. I also have a few years experience with taking care of my grandmas cats. About: I have 2 dogs of my own. One currently being a 3 month old puppy. Patience is key. I sometimes watch up to 5 dogs at one time in my home, or at friend’s houses. My dogs LOVE new people and friends! We go for walks several times a day. I’m trustworthy, clean, respectful of your home and how much your furry friends mean to you! I have had years of experience pet sitting in other peoples homes from friends and family. I work Monday-Thursday day shift hours. Free on Fridays and most weekends. Evening walks or to pop in for potty breaks are best suited for my schedule during the week, but am flexible with work scheduling. I have 5 acres of farmette land, not fenced in but plenty of room to run. I also own several acres of woods and I take walks along the fence line to avoid being by the road. Can easily separate or crate pets as needed. I have an adult dog that free roams during the day and sleeps with me at night. And I have a puppy who is currently crate training.

About: With a background in dog training, managing play groups in doggy daycare, and caring for shelter dogs, Chloe specializes in handling reactive, excitable, and rowdy dogs as well as quiet, shy, and reserved dogs with compassion, patience, and kindness. They are currently employed part-time as a self-employed trainer, as well as an equine caretaker at an equine assisted therapy program. This leaves most of their weekdays open for walks and drop-ins, but you will need to check in with them about availability for weekends! Clients are free to share anything they think is important in regards to regular routines! They are happy to soak kibble, mix in wet food, play fetch in the yard, or take a long sniffy walk. Please provide food rewards (kibble or treats) to be taken on walks!

About: I have worked with pets of all shapes and sizes for many years. I worked with sled dogs as a child and continue to work with dogs to this day. I have had cats for since I was a toddler (both long and short hair, kitten and senior and everything in between). I currently own a beagle, chihuahua mix, husky mix, several cats, and a green cheeked conure. I have bottle fed kittens, given injections, pills, and specialized diets. I've fostered cats, dogs, birds, rodents and reptiles. I work nights currently on a set schedule. I can stay in house on Thursdays and Fridays. I can do check ins morning and evening on any other days. I have delt with reactive pets. I am able to muzzle pets if desired. I always take the utmost care with any pets under my care.

About: I love dogs and had them my whole life. I'm used to taking care of them on daily basis. Dogs are more than just animals. Dogs need to be let out ,feed, fresh water, and need exercise. Dogs also need snuggles if they want. Dogs also deserve playtime as well. I have a fenced in backyard with two friendly dogs to spend time with yours dog. I can easily create them up if need be.
