About: I believe great pet care goes beyond just showing up. I take the time to understand your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. With reliable communication, genuine care, and attention to detail, I make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and secure in familiar surroundings. I’m currently working from home so I have time throughout the day to care for your pup! Pet care is part of my everyday routine. I make time for regular check-ins, walks, and quality time so pets feel comfortable, cared for, and never rushed. I actually live in an apartment but we have a dog park and it is amazing. I also have 2 sweet boys who would love to keep your sweet pup company. I also take them for walks and we can even go to a dog park to play! If it’s in your home we can go for walks around the neighborhood/area of the home.

About: 🐾 Welcome to Our Home Away From Home! 🐾 I believe every pet deserves to be treated like family. When your furry friend stays with me, they’ll receive the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own dogs. Building trust with both pets and their owners is the most important part of what I do, and I strive to make every visit safe, fun, and stress-free. I encourage meet-and-greets for new clients whenever possible so we can get to know each other, discuss your pet’s routine, answer any questions, and make sure everyone is comfortable before their stay. Boarding Boarding takes place in my home, where your pet will be part of our daily life not left alone in a kennel. I stay home full-time, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, playtime, potty breaks, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely run, explore, and burn off energy. My own two dogs love making new friends: * Pumpkin is my “teenager who acts like a senior.” She’s laid-back, sweet, and enjoys relaxing just as much as playing. * Molly is a six-month-old puppy with lots of energy who loves to play and make new friends. Whether your pet enjoys zoomies in the yard or curling up for a nap, I’ll do my best to match their comfort level and routine. Personalized Care Every pet is different, and every family has different expectations. I’ll happily follow your feeding schedule, medication instructions, exercise preferences, and any special routines that help your pet feel at home. My goal is to keep their experience as familiar and comfortable as possible while you’re away. You’ll also receive updates and photos, because I know how important it is to know your pet is happy and well cared for. My Experience Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Along with professional experience caring for pets, I grew up helping care for neighborhood pets and family animals. Those experiences taught me that patience, consistency, and genuine love make all the difference. When you book with me, you’re not just finding someone to watch your pet, you’re choosing someone who will welcome them into the family and treat them with the love and care they deserve. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! 🐶❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, allowing me to provide consistent attention, walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of affection. I plan my schedule to ensure every pet receives the time and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medications, routines, and exercise while maintaining a clean, secure environment. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, and my two friendly dogs adore other fur babies and enjoy making new friends. I believe in building trust with both pets and their owners through reliable care, patience, and regular updates. 🐾

About: Ever since I can remember I have always cherished spending time with dogs, cats, fish and any other beloved household pet. I began pet sitting in my early teenage years, and developed that passion project by offering services both on Rover and freelance. I can supervise and host as many as 4 pets in my/ your house at once- paying attention to each and every one of them. I usually take walks early in the morning or later before sunset. And up to 3 30 min walks on weekends. I basically stay outside on the weekends if I can help it. Willing to tailor my schedule. When I am in someone elses space, it's their space, their rules. Respect is valuable to me and I wanted to adhere to my clients wishes. I allow my little ones on furniture, however they are to be kept in their kennel while unsupervised. Other than that my pets are my children and can be free as much as possible. We have a fenced in backyard so leashes aren’t necessary unless we go on walks. Harnesses and leashes are required at that point. My availability is currently open to week nights and weekends. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to serving you as a trusted pet sitter. I appriciate scheduling at least 2 weeks ahead for any bookings. I am free on evenings, holidays and weekends. I can schedule meetings with you throughout the week in person if you wish. In general, I am willing to tailor my schedule depending on what's going on. Very felxible! My husband helps me and I him when boarding a pet...so you'll have double the supervision. If I am dropping in for a visit or taking a walk I just make sure to be cautious and aware of my surroundings.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the one bringing home and caring for animals that needed extra love and attention. I even wanted to become a veterinarian — but my heart is just a little too soft when it comes to animals. Caring for pets isn’t just a side job for me — it genuinely makes me happy. I truly love spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. Your dog won’t just get a quick visit — they’ll get someone who genuinely enjoys being there. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to accommodate walks and potty breaks every few hours. Your dog’s routine and comfort will always be a priority. I currently offer drop-in visits and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to stop by every few hours if needed. During each visit, I make sure your pet gets potty breaks, fresh water, feeding (if needed), and plenty of playtime and attention. I truly love spending time with dogs — whether that’s playing fetch, going for a short walk, or just giving belly rubs and keeping them company. I always follow your pet’s routine closely to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m very clean and respectful of your home and treat every space as if it were my own. My goal is to make sure you come home to a happy pet and peace of mind.

About: With over 20 years as a devoted dog mom, my heart and home are open to your fur baby. I have a profound love for dogs and prefer them to people. lol- JK…ish🐾🤭 jokes aside, every dog deserves a place where they can be cared for, loved, and comfortable when their people have to be away. Offering that is a great responsibility I take pleasure in embracing. Raising my current Weimaraner’s, June and Pluto, from puppyhood, I’ve honed my skills in consistent, patient, and loving puppy training. I’m equally experienced with senior dogs, including those with mobility challenges or blindness, ensuring they feel safe and cherished. From the eye boogers to more serious issues, I’m always prioritizing your dog’s unique needs with honesty and integrity. My home features a large, fenced backyard and a cozy screened-in patio for relaxing together. With me working from home, your pup will enjoy constant companionship alongside June and Pluto, who love welcoming new pack members.🐾🤎 Working from home, I provide round-the-clock companionship for your dog. My flexible job lets me step away to play outside, cuddle indoors, or give pets and love throughout the day. Whether in our dog🐾approved large backyard, my couches, or even my bed, I’m always by your pup’s side, ensuring they’re never alone. June and Pluto, my 2 Weims are naturally gentle, playful, and welcoming to dogs of all sizes, from tiny paws to big goofballs. Dogs are masters at reading energy, and I promise your pup will feel safe, loved, and a genuine pack inclusion.🐾 Our backyard is great! It is a secure paradise for zoomies, fetch, and adventures—safe, private, and fun. When it’s time to wind down, our screened-in patio is the spot to relax together, soak up the breeze, and just chill…. or get the squeaky out of every toy 😆 We do have pool, but rest assured: I’m always vigilant and take precautions or jump in fully clothed without hesitation- seriously, no worries. To make your pup feel extra comfortable, please bring their favorite daily essentials (bedding, blankets, crate, toys, food, etc.). I have plenty of backups on hand if needed, but nothing beats their own familiar smells! 🐾 Every stay is tailored with all my heart to your dog’s unique personality and routine. Your pup will have constant companionship, warm welcomes from June and Pluto, and never a dull (or lonely) moment. *and they will comeback to you bathed if needed* Contact me for a safe, fun, loving stay—

About: I know first-hand how challenging it is to leave home when you have fur-family to consider! We have three Dachshunds, and love them like family. Traveling is always the hardest, partly due to not knowing the caliber of care they might receive! My goal is to reduce that stress and anxiety, but providing comfort and a trusted companion for your fur-babies and to ease that stress and worry for you, just a bit. I grew up on a working farm with both crops and animals; in fact, we had more animals than you could imagine! As an adult, my family owned a very busy & successful Veterinary practice, so I have seen and witnessed almost everything imaginable! With this background, I am prepared any time any unforeseen issues may arise, and am happy to use my experience and knowledge to give you extra peace-of-mind! I am a natural-energy-healer and teacher, and try to use those additional skills to help put your pets at-ease during such a stressful event as their families being away! I am loving & nurturing by nature . I have two (now adult) children that are both on the autism spectrum, so I know the value of kindness, patience and understanding, and how far that goes to helping in any situation. I am neat & tidy! I also ran a cleaning business for many years…so I always strive to keep both your home & your pets neat & comfortable. Rest easy, knowing your fur-babies are in the most capable of hands! I am currently working part-time, and have a good deal of flexibility for both you and your pets. I am available for drop-ins most times during the day, most days, and always during evening-hours and on days when I don’t work. I am happy to follow any and all guidelines you you may specify regarding any specialty care or address any and all concerns for safety and wellbeing.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
