About: I have had dogs of my own since I was a child. I have been involved in fostering for local rescues & shelters for 5 years I have co-ran my own 501c3 rescue for almost 3 years I do work full time, so I am gone Monday- Friday from roughly 7A.M until 6 P.M. (depending on how far you are from my job). I drive Uber on the weekends during the summer months, but those hours are flexible & can vary based on your pet's needs. I have a fenced yard, but I have 3 senior dogs of my own and because of running the rescue, I usually have a foster dog as well so taking a dog into my home would be more challenging, but if I were to drop in or stay at your home, your dog(s) would get all of the one on one attention &time that they require

Your pets also experience much lower stress levels by being in their own familiar environment. It's hard enough on them to be away from you.

We recently moved to Surfside Beach, SC and we didn't know anyone who could watch our two older cats while we were away. We decided to go with Emily on Rover based on her reviews and her deep affection for cats. We are so grateful we found Emily!! She truly loved our cats like they were her own and we honestly think she is the cat whisperer. Seriously!! Our cats have spent the last 13 years kinda aloof with each other and when we got back - they were able to lay on the bed together with the 16 year old grooming the 13 year old - while both purred away!! That's a true miracle!! We got such great visit writeups and pictures and videos and she left a sweet picture of each cat along with some other goodies for our kitties. We are all feeling very spoiled - Emily is a dear soul and we look forward to many future adventures together!! Thank you so much Emily!!!!!!!!
Christina was prompt every day she visited Squeegee. The pictures she sent showed him interacting with her and he appeared happy for the visit. She was kind enough to water my plants and bring in my mail. The litter box was clean when we arrived home. I would have her sit again.
Booking with Nick was perfect. It was our first time using Rover and a pet sitter who wasn't family. I have 3 dogs one of which is very shy/nervous. My husband and I left town for 3 days and I booked Nick to do multiple stop-ins per day. He was prompt to each visit and did exactly as I asked giving medication, food, water, treats, potty breaks and even more. There was an incident on our runner rug and he offered to clean it for us, I declined as I returned home next day and opted to pressure wash it myself but he did put it into the garage so it was no longer in the home on the floors which I really appreciated. I will definitely book with him again.

Alexandrea was very conscientious about caring for my cats. She continued caring for them even though her family suffered a horrible tragedy. I have a very old cat, and she took good care of her while I was away. She sent pictures every day, too. Don't hesitate to hire Alexandrea to care for your pets!
Amber was a vacation saver for us bringing our two boys with us on vacation. Our two little Yorkies, Tucker & Carlson immediately took to her.
