“Sandi and her family were amazing… We came to Myrtle beach with our small dog and unfortunately she was unable to stay in the condo we were staying at so I started looking for someone who could help. Sandi came up on Rover and after speaking with me she decided to take our girl Skye in for the weekend. It was on such short notice but she happily welcomed Skye into her home with open arms. She was amazing during Skye’s stay with her and even gave us her pups food recipe as it’s been hard to find things Skye really enjoys to eat. During her stay we received daily updates on Skye and how she was doing. While we missed Skye being with us we knew and felt she was safe with Sandi and her family!! About: My family and I are Christians. I was making plans to get my son a dog once he started working this summer. His big sister, who is now 20, worked at Ripleys Aquarium before she joined the Airforce a year ago. He wants a job there this summer just so he can learn more about animals. He is a natural around dogs and other animals. He is an honor role student who wants to be a vet one day. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. My fiancé and I work from home and have a 3 year old beagle, so we only require yours to be friendly with other dogs! (+ potty trained, of course) We do travel frequently so availability may not be 100%, but we will answer any questions relatively quickly We work from home! About: As a pet owner for 20+ years, I have been blessed to care for dogs through every stage of life—from puppies to seniors, including a blind dog and one with mobility challenges. While I am new to Rover, I am not new to the genuine attention, patience, and love that fur babies deserve. My experience also includes completing individual and group K-9 training courses with my own dogs. Agility is in the mix as well, so the back yard is often home to hoops, jumps, tunnels, and weave poles...oh my! Currently, I work full-time, Monday - Thursdays, and half-days on Fridays. Evenings and weekends are dedicated to adventures, cuddles, and the like with my English Spring Spaniel, Granger. Please feel encouraged to message me about dates, times, and the like. If able, I will happily make accommodations. I have a spacious fenced in yard for "fun and run". Crates are preferred for overnight stays. About: Have worked professionally as a veterinary nurse for over 10 years, an Army NG veteran, and mom! Plenty of handling experience with dogs and cats of all sizes. I am very active and able to keep up with your high energy dogs, and patient with your geriatric ones. Pretty skilled with a cat toy wand, I must admit. Able to help with medicating (by mouth, ears, skin, insulin injections, etc) and my veterinary experience will help me notice if anything appears out of the normal. About: Back in 2022 I had one girl ask if I can watch her dog and I told her of course I love dogs and then after that I had so many more people asked me after I told them that I watch dogs and cats and ever since then I absolutely loved what I did. Seeing different types of pets with different personalities made me love it more. Your pet's safety and comfort are my main priority. This means I follow your instructions for your pet in your home, rather than acting as if I know best. I keep as close to your schedule as possible so that your schedule and flow are not majorly interrupted by your trips.

We got pictures and video and could definitely tell she was having fun. When she got home she curled up on the sofa and crashed. We can’t wait for her to go back!”

“Debby, or “Aunt Debby” as Knox calls her 😊 provided the best care that I could ask for. I was able to relax on my vacation with peace of mind that my best friend was at home with her. Debby sent informative updates and photos so being away from him was easier. I think he’ll sleep like a baby for a week since she exercised him routinely. He’s a black Lab and it’s hot here in Myrtle Beach, but I didn’t worry since Debby’s level of emergency medical knowledge is far beyond that of any kennel. “Ilana was great! We have always used friends or family to watch our pups but we had our wedding so everyone was attending. Ilana took great care of our dogs, got them plenty of exercise and also sent us pictures throughout the weekend, very thoughtful.
