“Danielle did a great job! My cat is diabetic and gets insulin 2X a day. This was the first time being away from him since he was diagnosed. About: I have Boston terriers, cats, goats, an a donkey. I grew up on a small farm. I have rested animals from birth and up. I'm a mother of 6, with 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. I'm a 10 month employee for West Wilkes High school as a bus driver and custodian. I'm free most of the summer since I'm only a 10 month Wilkes County School employee. When school is in I work from 6-8am and 11:30-5:30pm. I live on a 10 acre small farm that I grew up on. My dogs have a fenced in yard and a doggie door. They have their own bedroom for when we are away from home and sleep with me at night. They are feed twice a day and have a monthly barkbox subscription.

About: Dogs are our family and I will treat them as so. I have taken care of other families dogs since I was 12 and have had dogs since I was 3. I am a big dog fan and love any breed. I am a student so my schedule is very flexible in between classes. I can take care of animals before and after my classes if needed. I will always respect your house and your rules that you set inside your home. Please make me aware of any rules you would like respected.

About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with four dogs, a cat, and a bird! We rescued all of them and gave them a loving home full of attention and all the treats they could ever want. I would also pet sit for friends every so often. Because of this, I have learned a lot about everything that comes with being a pet owner. I now live here in North Carolina with my boyfriend and we have our sweet cat, Pretzel. I currently have a full-time job in West Jefferson. I am available for drop ins anytime during the weekends and late afternoon/nights during the week. I can do drop ins and do whatever I need to do to care for your pet whether that's playing with them, feeding them, or changing the litter. I can also walk dogs as well!

I am working part time and have plenty of time to care for your furry babies. I love spending my free time with furry friends!! I trust that every pet parent knows what is best for their fur baby. For this reason I follow instructions down to every detail to be sure all needs are met.

About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog sitter and have been boarding dogs for 3+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "fur baby". I grew up with a household of furry friends! I currently work from home so I am able to dedicate quality time for the care of your pet. I am available Mon-Friday as well as weekends. I have an electric fence for my pup but when I pet sit, no pup goes out without supervision and on a leash. I allow pets to be comfortable in my home too but if you need them crated, I can accommodate that too.

About: I've grown up with a love of all animals and have had at least one dog or cat in the family for as long as I can remember. My mom managed a boarding and training kennel and took me to work with her every day, where I not only assisted her with the daily tasks, but also learned about caring for animals of all types and sizes. I started pet sitting for family and friends around the age of 10, and also was responsible for taking care of the pets in our home. I take my animals out for regular playtime and bathroom breaks, clean up the yard, and feed and water as needed. We have an older dog so I've also gotten comfortable with administering medication, whether it's chewable, hiding pills in treats, or injecting into the animal itself. I was bit by the pet lover bug at an early age, and it's become a huge passion in my life. My schedule is open and ready to accommodate any of your pet sitting needs. I have reliable transportation so I can either stay overnight to pet sit for you or stop by for a quick check-in or playtime. I will treat your dog or cat like a member of my own fur family.I am comfortable feeding, crating, and administering medicine as needed. I will put the safety of your animals above everything else, so rest assured your pets are my top priority.

He not only keeps a close eye on them when they are out in the yard, but he gives them love and attention inside as well. He is also quick to notice if someone isn't feeling well and reacts accordingly. I highly recommend Mathias for all your pet needs.”

“Heather took remarkable care of my fur baby. She goes above and beyond! She even painted her toe nails. I would highly recommend Heather. She is the epitome of a true animal lover.”

Alex L.
“Alex has a ton of experience caring for her own dogs and others as well. Back a few years ago, I had a Rover account and took in dozens of dogs during a period when my freelance work was sporadic. Alex actually did 90% of the work even though I was responsible for the results. Together, we earned a consistent 5-star reputation and enjoyed a lot of repeat business. (Look up Justin Lambert in Stony Point, NC) Since then, she's also studied and become adept as a dog trainer. Her own dog, Fezzik, is the smartest, most obedient dog we've ever owned.”

Ashlen D.
“Ashlen is an excellent caregiver to my pets. She is very experienced with dogs and cats but also has been raised around farms and is familiar with outdoor animals as well. She regularly checks on my 11 month old puppy on days that I work. In addition to feeding and exercising, she works with him on commands that he learned from an obedience training program. She is responsible, always making sure he is in his kennel and the door is locked when she leaves. She keeps her appointments and is thorough in her care. Koda absolutely loves her and enjoys the attention she gives when she is checking on him. I highly recommend Ashlen as a pet caregiver.”
