1. Danielle S.
About: Hi! My name is Danielle. I have a degree in veterinary technology. I was a vet tech for a few years. I have worked in clinics and kennels. Im experienced with dogs of all sizes, cats, and a few other small animals. I basically have an open schedule. I do not offer boarding in my home at this time. I work with some farm animals as well, and we can discuss that. I do not offer pet services at my home at this time. I am more than willing to check on your pets at your home for walks and/or play time.

2. Kourtney & Myles M.

“Kourtney was so great to have looking out for my kitties. I’m so glad I found her! She al always fed them in their normal time and sent pictures.”

3. Alyssa S.

“Alex did a great job for me. Alex took great care of my babies. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

4. Madison W.
About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with four dogs, a cat, and a bird! We rescued all of them and gave them a loving home full of attention and all the treats they could ever want. I would also pet sit for friends every so often. Because of this, I have learned a lot about everything that comes with being a pet owner. I now live here in North Carolina with my boyfriend and we have our sweet cat, Pretzel. I currently have a full-time job in West Jefferson. I am available for drop ins anytime during the weekends and late afternoon/nights during the week. I can do drop ins and do whatever I need to do to care for your pet whether that's playing with them, feeding them, or changing the litter. I can also walk dogs as well!

5. Bethany A.

“Bethany went above and beyond with my dogs drop in visits. I had peace of mind that my dog was well taken care of and would absolutely recommend her. Definitely plan to book her again.”

6. Ricky H.

“Ricky took wonderful care of our cat (and neighborhood cat) while we were away, giving us great piece of mind that they were getting lots of love, fresh water and treats. We feel a lot more comfortable going out of town now knowing he provides such great care!”

7. Jaszmyn L.

“Jaszmyn did great with our cat while we were out of state! Our cat is normally very skittish around strangers, but he warmed up to Jaszmyn on her first visit! She did everything we asked her to and sent us lots of pictures. We will definitely be asking Jaszmyn to watch our cat again for any future vacations we have. I highly recommend her!”

8. Deborah T.
About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog sitter and have been boarding dogs for 3+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "fur baby". I grew up with a household of furry friends! I currently work from home so I am able to dedicate quality time for the care of your pet. I am available Mon-Friday as well as weekends. I have an electric fence for my pup but when I pet sit, no pup goes out without supervision and on a leash. I allow pets to be comfortable in my home too but if you need them crated, I can accommodate that too.

9. Thomas P.

“Thank you so much Thomas for taking good care of the boys. I couldn’t have asked for better. I had more peace of mind on this trip than I usually do.”

10. Ashlen D.
“Ashlen is the best caregiver for our fur babies! She pays attention to detail, and gives each of them the love and attention they need while we’re gone. Ashlen is reliable and trustworthy and our animals love seeing her.”

11. Cassy M.

“Cassy was very nice and professional, even when I was all over the place at our "meet and greet" before my trip, and I was so glad to have her check in on our cats! She made sure our boys were fed, comfy and happy, and caught an issue where one of them had even unplugged their feeder. Thanks so much for looking after our kitties!”

12. Mathias H.
About: I've grown up with a love of all animals and have had at least one dog or cat in the family for as long as I can remember. My mom managed a boarding and training kennel and took me to work with her every day, where I not only assisted her with the daily tasks, but also learned about caring for animals of all types and sizes. I started pet sitting for family and friends around the age of 10, and also was responsible for taking care of the pets in our home. I take my animals out for regular playtime and bathroom breaks, clean up the yard, and feed and water as needed. We have an older dog so I've also gotten comfortable with administering medication, whether it's chewable, hiding pills in treats, or injecting into the animal itself. I was bit by the pet lover bug at an early age, and it's become a huge passion in my life. My schedule is open and ready to accommodate any of your pet sitting needs. I have reliable transportation so I can either stay overnight to pet sit for you or stop by for a quick check-in or playtime. I will treat your dog or cat like a member of my own fur family.I am comfortable feeding, crating, and administering medicine as needed. I will put the safety of your animals above everything else, so rest assured your pets are my top priority.

13. Jessica M.
“Jess is such a caring pet owner! She is amazing with both cats and dogs and has lots of experience with training them. All my fur babies absolutely love her.”

14. Jeff L.

“Excellent sitter, took great care of my babies and my home while we were away. I plan on using Jeff again, as my husband and I travel often. So happy to have found someone like him to care for our babies. He took care of my patio umbrella when a storm came up, cleaned the Great Danes’s chew mess up, and retrieved packages from the porch. Jeff is great, he treats your animals just like one of your children…. Just like we do. You can’t go wrong if you call on him! And Rover is an amazing service, so glad it’s there. It’s much better than leaving them in a tiny kennel while not home.”

15. Caitlin P.

“Caitlin was absolutely fantastic. She relieved our anxiety of leaving our babies and was just such a wonderful human being. Definitely recommend her if you ever need someone to watch your fur babies!”

16. Alex L.
“Alex has a ton of experience caring for her own dogs and others as well. Back a few years ago, I had a Rover account and took in dozens of dogs during a period when my freelance work was sporadic. Alex actually did 90% of the work even though I was responsible for the results. Together, we earned a consistent 5-star reputation and enjoyed a lot of repeat business. (Look up Justin Lambert in Stony Point, NC) Since then, she's also studied and become adept as a dog trainer. Her own dog, Fezzik, is the smartest, most obedient dog we've ever owned.”

17. Emily K.

“Emily is wonderful with my sweet Fritz. He was sad to see her go. She’s very flexible with my schedule for sitting and home visits and good with Fritz on walks. He loves new friends.”

18. Benjamin P.

“Ben was great! I reached him on a really short notice cause my trip would take longer than I originally expected. He was so kind to come get the key and really payed attention to my pets needs. When he got to the visit, my little rascals had made a little mess. But he was cool about it and sent me cute pics! Thank you so much, 5 star!”

19. Carly C.

“Carly was great! Recommend her to take care of your four legged family members,”
