I also sit cats, birds, small critters, and reptiles. For dogs, I like to start with a neutral meet and greet, so I ask for two weeks notice, though I'm flexible in emergencies. If you'd like, I can also arrange grooming and specialized training as an additional service while your pet is in my care, provided through a licensed groomer and trainer. Your pet will be treated like family. I work from home, so I offer daytime care during work hours as well as overnight boarding while you travel. Your pet gets plenty of one-on-one time and extra TLC when needed. All pet care happens in my home on a quiet street in the Village of Manchester. I work remotely, so your pet is never left alone for long. Dogs get lots of one-on-one time, and I'm happy to send updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I start with a neutral meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along with my dog Leo. I have a large backyard with natural tree lines and barriers, but safety comes first. Any dog in my care stays on a leash or tie out whenever they're outside, with no exceptions, even if a yard is fenced. I'm happy to take short walks into the yard, and if your pet prefers pet pads, I can provide those. Cats get a quiet room behind closed doors, separate from my own cats, and can stay in their crate, come out, or sit with me in my office. I know how to respond in an emergency and how to reach the nearest emergency care.
About: I have had dogs and cats since I was a kid and have always enjoyed looking after and caring for animals. My girlfriend and I don't have any pets at the moment and have been housing our friends pets when they are traveling. Hoping to offer our comfortable house to other pets while their people are traveling! I currently work from 9-5 a short bus ride from my house. I have a lot of flexibility to go home for lunch during the day and check on our house guests. On the weekends we are usually around the house and enjoy going for walks along the gorge trails. We have a three-quarters fenced in backyard for quality fetch time and a large house for the pets to roam in. We have a very open living and dining room for running around and chasing toys!
