“We left Louie, our 10 year old toy poodle, with Pamela and her husband for 3 weeks. Louie needed to receive an assortment of medications throughout the day. Pamela was terrific! She took great care of Louie. She very clearly cares a lot of about pets and showed Louie a lot of love and attention. Her setting is ideal, located in the country surrounded by farmland. She has no pets of her own and only cares for one pet at a time. She sent us a lot of photos, almost every day, and told us how Louie was doing. We would definitely leave Louie with her again.”

“Samantha was awesome! She shared pictures everyday and really gave TLC to our anxious old dog. You can really tell she loves animals. Will be using her again in the future for sure.”

“Kikka loved her weekend with Maxine. She was well taken care of and Maxine was very quick to respond to questions and sent plenty of pictures and updates! Highly recommend!”

“Dixie clearly loves taking care of dogs, and was a great host to Sunny for an overnight. Her place is large, and though it's unfenced, she keeps an eagle eye on her guests while allowing them to patrol, with the aid of a 50 ft leash. If we come back this way again, I'll be happy to sign Sunny up with Dixie again.”

“Kathy and Tim are awesome! They truly love dogs! They are great communicators! This was our first time leaving our beloved dog. We were very anxious but Kathy and Tim put us at ease right away by sending photos and describing her activities. They treated her like a special guest. She loved sleeping on their couch and exploring their large back yard. Our dog can be stubborn, but they really paid attention to her needs and figured out how to get her outside on a hot day. We highly recommend them.”

“Andrea and her family were absolutely wonderful to our elderly pup during his first stay with them. They were extremely attentive to his behavior and needs, and totally proactive in sending me photos and reports on his stay. When I arrived to pick him up, I could see how well they had connected with him through their warmth and kindness. We are very grateful to them and already looking forward to his next visit!”

“I recently boarded my babe with Ellen & her son John, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were incredibly friendly and were even fine w/ a Meet & Greet prior to Zoë’s stay. The facility seemed clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for playtime and socializing. I appreciated the regular updates and photos they sent me, which reassured me that my dog was having a great time. I highly recommend John and Ellen for anyone looking for quality care for their fur baby!”

About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.
“My Bella and I absolutely love Kimberly. It is so comforting that when we get to Kimberly's, Bella runs over and goes right into her home. Kimberly sends me pictures and compliments about my Bella....it makes my heart smile. THANK YOU to Kimberly for making me feel like my Bella's at her home away from home.”
“Kate and family took great care of our dog Arlo while we went on vacation. We received daily updates, and our kids especially loved the pictures/videos. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Kate!”

“Destiny was incredible! I couldn't have asked for a better person to keep my baby while I was on vacation. She was very professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely book with her again.”

“Amazing boarding experience. Robert and Eileen took excellent care of our dogs. They have a large fenced in yard where the dogs can run around off leash and have a great time. Highly recommend their services.”

“Samantha and her partner are just amazing! Took care of Kiwi’s very complex medical needs and even made sure she was comfortable walking with her arthritis by layout out rugs for her to walk on she she doesn’t slip. She even made her own chart to keep track of kiwis meds to make sure she never missed a dose. She’s amazing and will be our go to as long as we live in the area! Cant recommend enough!”

About: Peppy Pet Care was launched at the end of 2018 in Ithaca, NY by myself and my animal-loving, entrepreneurial eleven year old daughter. Together we worked to provide outstanding pet sitting services to Ithaca and Lansing pet owners. Beginning in 2021, I started officially working on my own, as my daughter is busy pursuing other interests and activities. I treat pets in my care as I would my own. I am considerate, patient, reliable and caring and trustworthy. I treat each visit like an adventure and make it the warmest and most wonderful experience for each animal. I look forward to meeting you and your cat/dog and discussing your care needs. Thank you in advance for considering my services!!! I'm available both weekdays and weekends. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, as well as late night. I am typically in town during holidays and update my online calendar frequently. I provide care in client homes only at this time. I'm always vigilant when entering and exiting client homes, so as not to allow pets to slip out.
“Jeffery was exceptional in every way! He cared for my two pups like they were his own and they came home happy little dogs. When my plans changed and I had delayed flights, he was flexible and kept them for another night - no issue at all. The farm setting provided lots of stimulation for the pups and I’m sure they learned a lot in the process!”

“Carol was absolutely incredible. My little dog Munchkin is a momma’s boy who really struggles being away from me. But with Carol he settled in and was eating, playing, and relaxing. She sent pictures and updates each day to let me know how he was doing and that really put my mind at ease since I’ve never used Rover or left Munchkin with anyone outside of family before. Munchkin is a cavapoo, so his fur can get tangled pretty easily as well but Carol brushed him every day and he came home tangle-free which really shows the care she puts into the dogs she boards. She made sure he was well cared for and loved, and I 100% recommend her for anyone wanting to board their dog and will definitely book with her in the future. She even had me fill out additional info regarding Munchkin just so she knew more about him and the best way to care for him while I was away. She was truly the best dog sitter I could have imagined leaving my little guy with. If you are looking for someone to treat your dog as their own, then Carol is definitely the way to go!”

“Our dog Casey had a wonderful time with this provider! She was welcomed into the family making friends with the host children and dogs. They went on nice long walks each day and had outdoor play time. I would definitely recommend using Ema!”

“This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we found Beth. We had the same dog sitter for 20 years, but she retired and we were nervous about finding a new one. Beth was great right from the start. She immediately responded to my inquiry and set up a date to meet. It was clear from the beginning she understood dogs. She was very calm and sweet with our lab Lily. We later left Lily for a long weekend which turned into a very cold, heavy snow few days! Beth made sure Lily still had long, daily walks and fun rolls in the snow. She sent us daily photos and even a video of Lily playing catch which is one of her favorite things to do. We ended up having our flight canceled due to the storm and Beth was so great about keeping her an extra day relieving us of a lot of worry. Lily had a great time during her stay and we will definitely be back again! Thanks so much Beth.”

“Did an amazing joke with taking care of my boy. I had to run out of town last minute so I am grateful for the quick response and willingness. I got some pictures and good communication”

“Susan took great care of our little dog! She was very loving and sent pictures regularly. She is also very responsive to texts and calls. I would definitely book her services again.”
