“We are very pleased with Cathleen and how well she cared for Lucy. We had a meet & greet first and then scheduled Lucy’s first visit for today. All I can say is that it’s a good life for a dog if they spend the day with Cathleen! Walks, beach, and naps!”

“Annette is the best. She was so kind to our dogs. One of our dogs is 18 and she made sure he was safe and happy - she even bought a gate so he’d be ok with the stairs. Her dogs were sweet and chill and everyone got along great. Fabulous yard with so much space to run. Highly recommend - your dogs will be happy!”

“Joni had a great time today at Kristina’s! She played all day, and now is a very tired and very satisfied puppy. They have a wonderful play hard and attentive family, I know Joni is in good hands when she’s there.”

“We are so grateful to Celia and her wonderful family for taking care of our dog. They are so positive and loving. Tesla came home excited and obviously well cared for. I really don’t want to leave a review and have Celia‘s business fill because we will be bringing Tesla back on a weekly basis. They are the best dog sitters we’ve ever had.”

“Linda was AMAZING! She has a very kind and loving demeanor which made my little guy comfortable right away. Her house is fun, like a little farm with the chickens & goats and wonderful, safe backyard where he could explore freely. It is lovely, welcoming and homey as well. She was extremely flexible with last minute schedule changes I had. She exceeded my expectations in all ways. It is hard for me to find sitters who will treat Ollie as part of the family and actually consider his happiness and not treat him as just another dog. He's not just a dog! He's my baby!!! Will definitely book again!”

“Danielle was absolutely wonderful with Bento for his first time at her in-home doggie daycare! We were so appreciative of her patience in introducing him to her cat – a brand new experience for our little guy, and we were thrilled to hear he eventually accepted his new feline friend. Her large, fenced backyard was perfect for him to get some great playtime. We felt completely at ease leaving Bento in her care and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend!”

“Nick and Alison were amazing! From the initial dropoff, they were so welcoming and helped my pup feel comfortable right away. They sent frequent photo and text updates, which gave me peace of mind! It was clear they genuinely cared for her and made her feel right at home! I felt confident she was safe, happy, and well loved the entire time. Would absolutely book with them again!”

“Melinda was very easy to communicate with. She took excellent care of my little dog, who can be anxious around new people and other dogs. I would definitely ask her to watch my dog again in future!”

“I felt so comfortable leaving Raft with Kendra. This was our first time leaving her, and Kendra made it a great experience. I especially appreciated the picture & text update, letting me know how Raft was doing. When we got home, Raft was calm & tired - I could tell she felt safe & had fun. I would definitely recommend Kendra, and will leave Raft with her again!”

About: Pets make a house a home and are a member of the family. I’ve had dogs all my life and will consider your pet(s) a member of my family while in my care. Pets in my care are my priority. For sitting in my home or your home, I may charge more than others because I’m prepared to address unexpected care. I try to keep my rates competitive, but it’s challenging to pick one rate for all pets. Please reach out if you’re interested. I’m happy to discuss rates depending on need. I’m currently starting my own business, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m on the island full time throughout the week. In your home, I’ll follow your norms and schedule. I’ll ensure your pet is in a safe and clean environment. I’ll adhere to your established rules for furniture privileges, treats, feeding time, post walk cleaning, etc. If I’m staying overnight at your place, I’ll wash my linens and remake the bed (unless you’re returning before noon and then linens may still be in the wash). If I’m watching your pet in my home, I appreciate potty trained and polite pets. Baby pets or incontinent pets will get a smaller area to roam for damage control. Our Coton de Tulear is very friendly and loves to play; she also gets the memo when others aren’t as spritely. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs, let me know in advance so we can discuss a possible solution.

“I can't say enough good things about Emma! Our dog, who is usually very scared of other dogs, stayed with her for the day and we were amazed at the positive experience he had. Emma clearly created a safe and comfortable environment and he actually got to hang out with other dogs and have a good time. It's such a relief to know that we have someone we can trust to care for our dog, especially given his specific needs. We highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a Rover sitter!”

“Maya treated our 4 month old puppy with so much love and care, helping her socialize and giving her tons of attention. Our dog was so excited every morning when they pulled up. We never worried about her while we were away - we knew she was having a blast. Thank you! Ida can’t wait for her next hangout.”

About: I am a very attentive dog mom to a 4 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback named Scrappy. We walk 6+ miles a day all over Bainbridge! Super comfortable with other dogs. I will treat your pup like my own :) Big King size bed, couch, lots of toys, clean environment! My pup is friendly to ALL dogs, he's a total beta, non-aggressive and lots having friends over! We spend a lot of time at the big dog parks and usually get out for 3 miles in the morning and 5+ miles in the evening. Can do less depending on your dogs needs. Safe, clean, well cared for home, I send photos and keep you updated. I have know how scary it is to leave your pup with someone...I can provide that peace of mind. Morning, mid day, and evening walks - rain or shine! Also trips to the beach, dog park, and beyond. I work from home so very flexible. I would never let dogs outside my house without leash, I don’t live close to busy road, I’m very safety conscious. My house is safe and sound for your pup!

“Linda is such a super, nice dog lover. She was super flexible with us, and very sweet with Lola. We live in Winslow, Bainbridge Island, and she was nice and close. She is especially close to the ferry dock. I think she would be a perfect sitter for a tourist who needs a place for their dog, while they enjoy a good restaurant or bar. Or for a local that is going over to the City for the day or overnight.”

About: I have cared for my own dog, Jolene for 4-years. She’s a well-tempered chocolate Labrador always eager to make best friends with your furry kid! Large green yard for fetch and zoomies, daily hikes can be included if preferred! I work remote full-time, Monday through Friday (8-5pm), however have plenty of time to provide bio-breaks, play-time, and walks! I have 2 large outdoor living spaces (deck and covered front porch) that are baby gated. Even when they’re inside, they will have the perks of being outside! Dogs are welcome to lounge on the decks benefiting from the sounds and smells of the forest. Large and laundered memory foam dog beds provided on the deck. Multiple water bowl stations throughout the house. Depending on your preference, I can take your loved one outside on a leash during the day for potty breaks and then take them to Strawberry Hill dog park for play-time / hiking trails OR if you trust your dogs command responsiveness, we can go and play outside off leash. House set 100-150’ off the road. Dogs never let outside unsupervised.
