She is loving and caring with her animals, and with my own. Several of her pets have special needs and she is very attentive to their medication and feeding schedules. My dog had surgery and I was worried that I would need to take time off while she was healing, I talked to Donna about it and we discussed instructions, and she took care of my lil baby so well, and was gentle with her while she was recovering.
