About: I’ve had different types of dogs since I was young. I’ve trained dogs for all types of reasons. I’m a lover of all pups and can handle your dogs needs. I own a large property specifically for the environment, which is perfect for dogs. I look forward to meeting your doggie and returning a happy pup back to you. Please message for any details. I’m available on weekends and weeknights. I work full time M-F, so weekends are primarily open. While I can do many activities during the work week, I am gone about 8 hours for my primary job. Weeknights and weekends are available. I have a large property with plenty of room to roam. Chickens in the yard (in coop). I have a 6 year old pup of my own that is very docile, loves other animals and gets along with them easily, and is my number two. I don’t have a fence because my dog is perimeter trained. However, I can perimeter train your dog too or walk them on a leash if that is preferred. I plan to add a fence soon and will update this once I do.

About: My first job out of college was at a doggie daycare, and I still consider it one of the best jobs I ever had! As a kid, I knew the name of every dog in my neighborhood, and as an adult I have pet sitted for friends when they are out of town. I recently fostered four kittens for a month while working on a ranch in Montana. I am not working a traditional job right now, so my schedule is pretty flexible. If I have enough notice, I can usually make it work! I'm an energetic person who needs a daily walk as much as your pup! I'm punctual, reliable, and not afraid to scoop up some poop.

“Michael was great with our 2 large and energetic dogs (65 and 105lbs)! They felt right at home with him while we were away. Our one dog can be a bit nervous in general but they got along great. Michael has a calm and positive energy which was perfect for our dogs. We appreciated his daily updates and clear communication. He was very professional and we would definitely hire him again. He took great care of them and you can tell he truly enjoys working with the dogs. Thanks again Michael!”

“Trisha was excellent and our cats were extremely happy and comfortable under her care. They normally are brooding when we return but they are perfectly content. It was such a relief to have someone so good to care for them and we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying. Thank goodness!”

“Ashley is a wonderful dog and house sitter! She took great care of Sadie for a week while we were out of town. She did everything I requested and was always very kind and courteous. The house looked exactly how we left it. Not a thing out of place. She is very trustworthy and highly dependable. I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I've watched and taken care of dogs for many years, mainly family and near by neighbors. I have grew up on a farm which i've taken care of many other animals as well... mainly farm animals and dogs!! I'm currently in college right now, it's mostly online so that's not really an issue. I'm working part time as well, which I have plenty of time to take care of the dogs!! I'm always free on weekends unless otherwise noted!! I have two golden-doodles, which are crate trained. They are allowed to run freely outside but they know where they are and aren't allowed. I keep them on a schedule, meaning with going outside, playing, and feeding.

About: Having the background of being raised on a farm has given me an innate love for animals. I have become a go to person for my friends and family in the city with not only dogs, but farm animals as well (cows, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits etc.). I have experience with injured and ill animals as well in care taking. I am able to follow dietary restrictions and diets in general as well. Pets, cuddles and walks are no problem of course! :) I currently work from home (Thurmont, M-F 8-5) so I am very flexible with me being in home for either a whole work day, half day or drop ins (if close by). I cannot board in home. I am able to follow the direction of your pets care. Food schedules/diets, crating, walks etc. I keep every pets area clean and tidy so they feel as comfortable as possible. I simply ask for communication ahead of time in expecations.

“Sabrina did a great job taking care of our 4-month-old puppy, Wednesday, and our kitty, Xander. She played with our puppy and let her out a bunch while she’s still potty training. She gave our cat some love, giving him company while our pets are still separating during their time still getting to know each other. It definitely helps us put our minds at ease when we leave for another trip knowing that they’ll be in great hands! :)”

“Isabel was awesome with my two pups! She came and met them beforehand so they were comfortable with her and gave us multiple updates on how they were doing and cared for them during our wedding when we were pretty out of commission but I felt comfortable knowing they were in her hands! Thank you Isabel!”

About: I’ve always taken care of dogs, mine, my families, and friends. They life exciting, there’s simply not much better than the smiles they give me. I train part time. I have plenty of time in between sessions so it is just perfect for my schedule and daily routine. As well as flexibility. I have a fenced in yard at my dads with a Great Dane, and I have to walk my moms multi poo and yorkie. I’ve also always had a cat and some reptiles. Nothing scares me so I can do it all 🤣.

“Anna was so amazing with Bentley! Played lots and got so many updates ☺️. Anna is super attentive and handled our bugs like a pro! Bentley is a slightly challenging pup but we had no bumps in the road with Anna. If you’re needing a pet sitter for a larger bread who can be difficult, Anna is your girl. ??”

About: I have my own dog, who is a huge and stubborn Great Pyrenees. Caring for him has made me prepared for any kind of challenges your pup may throw at me. I also have 2 other family dogs that I help take care of as well. My family has 5 cats, so if you’re in need of kitty care, I have tons of experience in that as well, for both indoor and outdoor. I’ve done dog sitting for family friends over the years, staying at their house and doing drop in visits. I am a student, so I have school every other day from 9am - noon. Other than that, I am very flexible and available whenever needed. I will be able to give your pets my undivided attention in your home. If you have any rules set in place for your pets, just let me know and I can make sure they feel safe and comfortable as if you were still there!

“Alexxis was wonderful with our dog Maddie. She was very communicative with planning and sharing photos/updates and flexible when our drop off time changed and with dropping of Maddie at our home. Would recommend and use again!”

I'm will to do what ever it takes to make sure everyone is a happy camper and provide the best care I can to keep your mind at ease knowing you family is in good hands. Feel free to ask me anything and if you have any special requests let me know I will do what I can to make it happen. I'll treat your kids as if they were my own. “Louise left the house tidy and did a great job caring for our pack! We received many photos while away and she was quick to communicate if an issue arose.”

Seth G.
“I have known Seth for nearly 6 years and in that time I have seen what an incredible pet caregiver he is. He adores and takes such good care of his own dog, Ziggy (the sweetest boxer in the world), as well as a flock of lovely chickens who also adore him to the point of wanting to come into his house! I’ve seen him interact with and take amazing care of other animals too, including cats and ducks. Seth has such a warm personality and you can tell he truly cares for and loves animals. I would absolutely trust him to care for my own pets. He’ll go above and beyond to make sure your pet is cared for, not only covering the basics (feeding, watering, bathroom time, etc.), but also providing love, affection, and play. I highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“"I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gillian as a pet sitter on Rover! She has taken care of my dog on multiple occasions, and each experience has been exceptional. Gillian is incredibly reliable, communicative, and clearly passionate about animals. From our first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely cared about making my pet feel safe and comfortable. My dog absolutely adores her, and it's easy to see why—Gillian is attentive, playful, and goes above and beyond to make sure he has a great time.
