“I have used Michelle for both of my dogs, yesterday was her first time watching my 3 month old yorkie & she did a wonderful job. She made sure he was comfortable because he was afraid at first. I really appreciate Michelle for all of her help. I highly recommend her to anyone needing pet sitting services.”
“Mary was great, she just incorporated Allie into her family and daily life. She sent photos of Allie totally chilling out and interacting with people. It made me feel better knowing she was safe and content. I could see that in her face and body language.”

“Ed and Amy are pleasant and attentive to their pet guests. Plus, they are very good about making sure animals get bathroom breaks and exercise. In addition, Gunner’s warm demeanor always makes people feel welcome.”

About: I’ve been a pet parent to both cats and dogs for over 10 years. I truly treat every animal like family — with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, including seniors and shy or anxious animals. I’m comfortable giving oral medications and following special feeding routines. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or calm companionship, I’m here to give your furry friend the comfort they deserve while you’re away. As a full-time homemaker, I’m home most of the day and can give pets my full attention. My schedule is very flexible — I’m available for feeding, playtime, cuddles, or walks throughout the day, including weekends. Your pet will never feel alone or rushed. In my home, pets are treated like family. I have a quiet, safe, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for them to relax, play, and feel comfortable. I ensure all pets have a secure area to rest and are never left unattended. I maintain a clean home, and I’m careful with any items that could be harmful to pets.
“Best experience I’ve had on rover! Maggie had a blast. Celena sent multiple updates throughout the day. This was a last minute booking and I’m so glad she was available, I will be booking with Celena again!”

About: I've been around animals as long as I can remember. I currently have a puppy named Star and three cats Persephone (Purrsi), Odin and Loki. I foster for the local QA shelter and have worked in a vets office for a short time. I am lucky enough to work out of my house or remote so I am available seven days a week with enough notice. I can come to you or provide care in my house. I live in an end unit Duplex. I have a fenced in yard complete with a puppy pool and beds for lounging. I can provide care in my home or come to yours. Following directions and care requests provided is not a problem.
“Trishelle was great! I’ve been nervous leaving KB with other people as I’ve had both good and bad experiences on Rover, but since Trishelle also has a dachshund, I thought this would be a great fit and opportunity for KB to socialize. Trishelle is very communicative, keeping me updated throughout thr day, sending pictures and videos. Her dachshund, Ollie was super excited to meet KB, which is great but KB is a bit shy in the beginning. By the time I picked him up, they were playing walking side by side and KB looked right at home! I would definitely recommend Trishelle to anyone looking for a sitter, and will look to book with her again!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover and advocate since I was a small child. I’m now 37, have volunteered for Rude Ranch in Davidsonville, have 4 dogs of my own that I adore. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. I also believe all pet parents wishes should be strictly followed. They are like children, after all. I promise to give as much care and love to your pet as I would my own. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, and even small animals like ferrets and guinea pigs. I would love the opportunity to work with your pet. I promise you won’t be disappointed. My availability is very flexible since most of my days and nights are free. I’m looking forward to working with you. Currently I have very open availability as I am a freelance dog groomer but I am expecting to start working with a mobile grooming company soon. I have a fenced in yard and four friendly dogs. I also can provide a crate if necessary. I am an AKC certified dog groomer.
“This was my first time using Danielle, I was truly impressed, from the first picture she sent me I could see that my fur baby was in love from the way he was looking at her with his paw on her arm, that put my mind at ease. Danielle was a ten out of ten and I will definitely be using her again. ❤️”

“Cait (Dax and Daisy) were a delight to work with. Prompt communication and attention to detail regarding our Shih Tzu Tucker was on the agenda. Pictures were send and a quick text message provided the extra comfort that our pup was being cared for and having fun! You can tell Cait is a try pet lover. I look forward to our next event in the area so Tucker can visit again. Thank you so much for adding to a great weekend! Tucker sends his love.”

“Joyce is great and communicates very well. She really cares for Zeus and truly work to ensure he is always in a good place. I recommend Joyce and will be using her services again.”
“Theresa was awesome with my pup. She made me feel at ease with leaving my dog with someone for the first time. Knowledgeable, Friendly, and pleasant to the both of us. I highly recommend Theresa to care for your dogs.”

About: My husband and I have owned multiple dogs, mostly two at a time, since we've been married, 38 years now. Two of which were rescue dogs and one of those two I actually rehabbed to be comfortable around other people and dogs. My daughter, Shannon, is also a Rover Sitter ("Shannon's Doggie Flop Pad"), and occasionally she has needed me to dog sit for her because of high demand. I really enjoyed the dogs I watched and my pups had a great time playing with them, so I decided to become a Rover Sitter myself! Shannon and I have been referring each other ever since. During your dogs stay, they will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. Our big, completely fenced-in, backyard lets the dogs run, play and explore as much as they'd like. I can also take your dogs for walks if that is part of their daily routine. No need to bring toys, we have toys galore. Unless, they have a favorite they can't be without. Taking care of your pets is my first priority! I am home most days all day, if not me, my husband works from home full time and is my partner in caring for the dogs. I do work very part time outside the home, a few days a month, I’m never gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I have a fully fenced in back yard for your pet’s safety. I will care for your pet or pets as if they were my own in my home, giving them lots of love and attention. I do have one small dog of my own who gets along well with all dogs and will be excited to meet yours and to keep your fury friend company.

“Frosty was having separation anxiety and Vince and his mom helped Frosty to calm down. Thank you for taking such great care of him! I definitely recommend Vince as a dog-sitter and I’m already planning on rebooking him sometime this month.”
