“Gisel and her family took great care of my girl Kola. Kola had a case of severely itchy paws pop up the day before we were set to leave town. I was able to get some meds from the vet before we left. I let Gisel know what was going on with Kola, as she was licking and chewing her paws and they were very red. I kept socks on her paws and gave her Benadryl in between the meds from the vet. Gisel also kept this up for the four days Kola stayed with her family. I was so thankful and appreciative of the extra care Gisel and her family gave Kola. Kola’s itchy paws popped up so last minute and Gisel assured me she would take great care of her and she did just that! I would definitely use Gisel again for Kola!”

About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.

We found this in Michael, who quickly earned the love and trust of Bagheera & Laska, our 2 cats. They are so different in personality and temperament it's hard to believe. Michael quickly won over the shy, cautious Laska, and became Bagheera's best buddy for playing and walks around the yard. He's not a snuggly cat, but he trusted Michael enough to even sit in his lap. We also felt that we could completely rely on Michael to do anything that was needed. About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. Please let me know if there’s any special treatment that needs done. I do have a toddler home with me as well so I request that the dog is child friendly! I work from home so your dog will get potty breaks whenever they need it. I have a fully fenced in yard for your pup to run around and play. Your dog will be allowed on couches/beds, wherever they are comfortable. I have dog beds and have baby gates set up so they can have areas of peace if they need. I loved her happily her for a long 15 years and have had the pleasure of raising a Bichon, Cockapoo, and now a lovely rescue baby who we think is a lab mix.
