About: I’ve had two family dogs while growing up who were my best of friends. I work in healthcare so I have a huge passion for service. I know the importance of taking care of others, and that includes pets. Since losing my last dog of 12 years, I have missed being around pets regularly and so am looking forward to getting to do that again! I go into work at 2:45pm each day. This means I have the entire first part of the day and after dinner time when I get off to take care of a pet. In my own home, I make sure they are safe, have a filled water and food bowls, and a warm place to sleep. When visiting a dog at another home, I will make sure he or she is fed, warm, and able to play and get their energy out while I’m there. I love exercise and so will always be ready to walk them too. I believe dogs are meant to be outside running around more than they are tucked away in a crate inside all day.
About: My name is Janet! I’m a student at Berry College! I took care of a lot of pets from people at my church when I was younger and and right now I have a little 2yr old dog of my own who I adore so much🤍 I’ve mainly taken care of small dogs but I’ve been around helping take care of medium and a few large dogs! I love animals so much and I hope to be able to give them the best care! I’m a student at Berry college, and I’m not able to have the time to work a part time job or 8 hour shift, if I think something like this can help me earn more money as well as it’s me being around animals, which I love. I have been around many pets, mainly dogs but right now is the first time I have a dog, and she is friendly with pets outside of home but I don’t know how she will react to animals coming into her ‘area’ so I would prefer to care at a clients house! Of course, I will follow the rules that the owner sets, whether it’s how many times the pet needs to be fed, its limit on treats, when and where they potty, what time they go on walks, play/nap time, etc, I’ll take care of them as if they were my own <3
About: I am an 18 year old girl attending Berry College. I have been dog sitting/dog walking since I was about 12 years old. I have especially done a lot of dog and cat sitting for neighbors, friends, and family. I am comfortable caring for animals big and small, as I interned at Gwinnett Animal clinic my four years in high school. During this internship, I not only shadowed doctors, but was also put in charge of walking, feeding, cleaning, bathing, you name it! About: I have experience taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I used to walk all of my neighbor’s dogs whenever I got the chance just because I loved them so much! When I got older, I began getting requests for looking after dogs and cats while people went on vacation. Along with experiencing different types of dogs and cats from pet sitting, I am also familiar with different temperaments because of my own pets. I have only ever had rescue dogs that have been reactive to other people and animals, so I know how to manage them and give them the space they need to feel safe. For dogs, this could look like playing, walking, or just sitting and cuddling. For cats, also playing and cuddling. Having human contact even with just being present can provide great comfort to animals while their people are away. About: I'm a sahm so I have flexible hours! I have 3 dogs and 3 cats of my own, including a senior dog. I have tons of experience with puppies, kittens and administration of medication. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I’ve been watching my friends and my friends families animals for a few years now while they vacation or anything comes up. I’ve done the walking, the repetitive throws back and forth, and the quick check in during a storm just to make sure they haven’t chewed the house to pieces. I’m naturally an early bird so checking in earlier then my normal 6-3ish work schedule isn’t an issue and anytime after I’m usually free I have a fenced in run area for free running if they’d like. My porch is screened in so they can have the outside time without getting out.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
