About: Hi, I’m Chanty. I’m based in Oak Forest and love spending time outdoors with dogs. I had a Yorkie for 15 years, so I’ve cared for dogs through all stages of life. I’ve also helped care for pit bulls, rescued young pups, and regularly look after my sister’s Maltese. I treat animals like family. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for family and friends for the past 15 years and I've had two professional pet sitter jobs, One for a golden retriever for a few years and I've dog sitted for two pitbulls. I also grew up with 3 large dogs a Rottweiler, German shepherd and English Mastiffs. I'm currently on disability with autism spectrum and I have a lot of free time, I mostly play video games and play basketball at the park and the gym. I usually stay in the front room with the pets and let them outside or take them on walks depending on what people want me to do.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets all my life, being there for them is all I know now. I made it my passion to be caring of them. I recently left a dog daycare looking for a better way to make dogs comfortable while knowing they aren’t under any other rules than the ones in their very own home. I also am loving the idea of them all getting their own special treatment. I am willing to do early mornings or late nights I’m free all around. I just want every dog or cat to be satisfied. I usually wake up and walk outside to make sure I’m getting proper sunlight and one thing about a pet is they are always down for outside time. I’ll make sure your dog eats and gets hydration in the morning and take them outside to use the bathroom relax or play in the next 30 to 45 minutes for about a hour or two, if it is too hot outside I won’t have them out too long and I will make sure they cool off before giving them water. Your dog will always be safe and okay in my hands I’m very attentive

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for 7+ years and have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve cared for everything from playful puppies and kittens to seniors who need a little extra patience and help getting around. I’ve also worked with dogs who are leash-reactive, have high prey drives, or simply need a little more structure and individual attention. I’m comfortable with pets who need some extra care, too. I’ve given ear medications and cleaned ears for infections and ear mites, as well as administered eye drops and ointment for a cat with a chronic eye condition. I’ve also cared for senior pets who needed help with stairs, had trouble eating, or needed extra attention with their daily routines. I really enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and making them feel comfortable and happy while their people are away. Whether that means a long walk, playing with a favorite toy, sticking closely to their usual routine, or just keeping them company on the couch, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at! I’m currently taking a gap year while studying for the MCAT, so I have a very flexible schedule and spend much of my day at home studying. When I’m house sitting, I’ll most likely be there with your pets for the majority of the day, which means they’ll have plenty of company, attention, and supervision while you’re away. I’m generally available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, feeding, and playtime, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I do have a weekly figure skating commitment on Tuesdays from about 11:30 AM–2 PM, but I can plan around it and, when scheduled in advance, I’m able to rearrange my plans if your pet needs me home. I’m very attentive to the little things that keep pets safe. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs with very different temperaments and needs, including puppies, leash-reactive dogs, high-prey-drive dogs, and pets who need extra supervision or a specific routine. When I’m staying in a client’s home, I make it a point to learn the pet’s normal routine, triggers, habits, and boundaries before they leave. I’m careful with doors, gates, leashes, and introductions to unfamiliar people or animals, and I don’t assume that every pet can be handled the same way. If a dog needs space from other dogs, a cat prefers to hide for a while, or a pet has a particular way of doing things, I respect that. I also know how important communication is when someone else has your pets. I’m happy to send regular pictures and updates, and I’ll reach out if something seems unusual rather than ignoring it or assuming it’s fine. My goal is for your pets to stay safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible while you’re away.

About: I’ve always loved taking care of my furry and not so furry friends!! I grew up in a home full of dogs and a vast range of animals such as reptiles, amphibians, and other aquatic life etc. I’m currently working from home so my schedule is generally open as far as Monday-Friday. I’m available throughout the entire weekend as well. I also have some experience with smaller animals, I've had three Syrian hamsters in the past and have cared of guinea pigs and rabbits in a shelter setting. Our dog sitting friend unfortunately cancelled 48 hours before we were scheduled to depart for Florida last week and I found Rover via Instagram and its one of the best happy accidents we've ever had. About: I’ve been around dogs of all shapes and sizes essentially my entire life. I’ve dog sat for a multitude of family friends as well as caring for my own dogs at home extremely well from training them in their puppy stages all the way to caring for them in their senior lives. I genuinely love all dogs and would be more than happy to help love yours as well! I’m currently a commuting student at DePaul University in Chicago, meaning I travel in and out of the city most of the morning. However, my afternoons are almost always free and I have no classes on Friday’s or during weekends so I’m even more available during them.
