About: I have recently started my journey of animal handling but have gone through a FetchFind 12 step training to make sure that I am able to differentiate dog behavior well to better understand your pets. Experience in dog walking and supervising play time, administering medicine and regular feeding schedules. Ready to serve your pets the right way! I plan to fully commit my schedule to taking care of your pets in the way that best suits you, the parents and the animals! You can trust that I will be respectful during my stay within your home and will follow any house rules that are given. About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours while you’re away! I am very flexible during the summer, school holiday breaks & weekends, but I also continue Rover services during the school week as well. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts (August-May), I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends or holidays! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was a child and can’t imagine my life without pets. I’ve got friends and neighbors who rely on me to visit, feed, play and stay for overnights or vacations with their pets. Would love to help others with their pet needs! I’m currently open for clients and their needs whenever needed. I have an open schedule and am ready to work with anyone on helping with their pets. Whether drop in visits or staying over at friends/neighbors houses I follow any guidelines given by the pet owners. I’m very trustworthy and do what I can to ensure the pets stay safe under my care.

About: I'm extremely patient with any dog. I always make sure they fell comfortable around me before I do anything! I am a strong walker! I also know how to make the most out of any time spent with a dog! Pet care is my number one priority for an animal I take care of! I will always make sure that the animal is the top priority when we go anywhere. I always put the dogs safety before my own. I will watch for other dogs and loose animals when we go on walks. When sitting in the past I let the parent know of the times I let the dog out or do anything with the animal. I will send many cute pictures for updates of what is going on!

About: Growing up my family always had dogs & a cat. I recently graduated from IU with a degree in biology. I’ve been taking care of my sister’s two dogs for about two years now. She relies on me to feed, walk & play with her dogs during the work day. I also have experience taking care of them for extended periods of time while she is out of town. I’m currently working part-time in retail, so I have plenty of time to spend taking care of your pet(s)! I love to take walks and play frisbee/fetch with my sister’s dogs. I cannot watch pets in my home at this time, but I will follow your instructions for taking the best care of your pet(s) in your home.

About: I've raised cats and dogs since I was a kid, and I currently have a two year old golden retriever named Biscuit, who loves all other animals! I'll take the absolute best care of any of your pets. I teach high school, so I'm currently on summer vacation! I'm available at almost all times of day to take care of your pet, in any way you need. I have a fenced in yard, a little doggie pool, and plenty of toys and treats! Plus, my pup takes daily allergy meds, and I'm very comfortable taking care of any medical or training needs. I want to love and take care of your pet like they're my own!

About: I am an animal lover! I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of all ages for families and friends for over 25 years. I am most experienced with cats, and currently volunteer weekly with Cat Care at Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control. I also have limited experience caring for livestock, including cows, goats, and pigs. I am currently in between jobs, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I can be flexible based on your needs! I love spending time with animals, whether that is curling up with a good book and a cat in my lap, playing with toys and watching them have the zoomies, or taking dogs on a walk. About: I have dog/cat sat for neighbors and friends, and also have pups and a cat of my own! Animals are my favorite thing in the world! I am very detail-oriented and will do whatever is requested by the family for their pets! I have zero preference for which animals I can provide services for! About: I have walked dogs for two years at a local animal shelter during college and loved giving the pups time out of their kennels for a change. I go above and beyond to ensure the dog is happy and to adapt to their unique walking styles. I graduated from Purdue University West Lafayette in May 2025 with degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Sociology. I have sense then moved back home to Fort Wayne and looking to get into the animal care industry as well as build my skills with animal care, including volunteering with livestock and large animals such as horses. I have experience managing multiple pets and administering basic medication. I have worked at a doggy daycare, and volunteered with dogs. This is my full time job, so your pets will get plenty of time with me. I know how important it is to have reliable pet care while you are away, so let me be that person for you! Pet sitting is my full time job and my absolute passion. I go above and beyond for all of my furry friends. I love caring for my regular families, and building relationships with new ones as well. About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born, and my family has always had at least two dogs in our family at all times! I have also always been a trusted source when it comes to watching family, friends, and neighbors' animals! For example, I have watched puppies, dogs, kittens, cats, fish, and even guinea pigs. Two of my own dogs are Leader Dogs for the blind moms, so I have experience with all different kinds of situations and ages when it comes to dogs. I also have experience with elder dogs as I have had 4 dogs pass from old age and have experience with health problems in dogs as well. I currently do not have a job so I am available any day at any time. I do have a prior commitment from July 23rd-27th and I leave for college at the end of August. I have a ton of experience when it comes to safety and caring for pets. My dogs go outside with a leash on, especially during walks. If there is a fence for the pets to use I will keep my eyes on them at all times, because no one ever knows what can happen. I have experience with putting pets into a crate or cage if necessary.

About: I have grown up on a farm all my life caring for dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs. I showed competitively in 4H, so providing good quality care is very important to me. I work full time Monday to Thursday in the medical field, so I’m available all day Friday-Sunday to take care of any needs or pet care. I have one dog of my own, a border collie named Ryder. I have a very large yard for plenty of space to run and crate if needed.

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was 8. I love all animals but especially dogs. I’m an RN but in my free time I love being outdoors and going for walks. I work part time. So I have plenty of free time to spend with your beloved pets. I love going for walks and being active outdoor I have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks. About: I love animals, I grow up on a ranch for most of my childhood. I've been around and taken care of all kinds of animals throughout the years; dogs, cats chickens, goats, pigs, ducks, and turkeys. I've had a number of dogs that are all different breads; my chihuahua Daisy that I had since she was a pup until she was 9 years old. My three beautiful mixed Black Labs/ Chows Bob, Rita, and Uno. Bob and Rita came to us together and unbeknownst to us Rita was pregnant. Shortly after we got Uno who was the first of his litter of 9. My last pup was Bobby a sweet beautiful Pitbull that my brother and I rescued when he was about 3 years old. I currently have no pets to call my own, sense moving to the Fort Wayne area. I miss having the company of a fur baby of my own. I have house and dog sit for a number of friends and colleagues and I absolutely love it. I would love the opportunity meet, play and nap with new furry friends. I currently do contract work and don’t have a set schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I’m often available during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends. Since I’m new to Fort Wayne, I would love having a furry walking buddy while I explore the area’s parks and trails! I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level. During drop-in visits, I will carefully follow your instructions for feeding, water, medication, playtime, walks, and any other needs. I’ll treat your pet and home with respect, keep doors and gates secure, and provide updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and receiving plenty of attention. I do not currently offer boarding or daycare in my home.
