About: I stand out from other sitters because I bring a rare combination of veterinary training, hands‑on clinical experience, and a lifetime of caring for animals of all sizes. I’m currently a veterinary nursing student at Marian University Plymouth, graduating in August 2026, which means I approach every pet with a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety. Alongside my education, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant in both large and small animal medicine, including at Crossroads Food Animals Veterinary Service, LLC and during my externship at the Emergency Veterinary Care Center in Summer 2025. These roles have given me extensive experience with senior pets, animals with medical needs, medication administration, safe animals handling and recognizing early signs of illness or stress — skills that most sitters don’t have. Beyond my clinical background, animals have been a central part of my life from the very beginning. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and I’m comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to shy or anxious pets. I also have a fountain in farm work which created a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Your pets aren’t just watched — they’re cared for by someone who truly understands them. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I’m currently completing my externships for my veterinary nursing program, which gives me a structured but flexible schedule. I work Monday through Thursday, with an hour break at 1 PM, so depending on your location I can stop by for mid‑day potty breaks during the week. I’m also able to provide a consistent, work‑style schedule, meaning I can visit in the mornings before work and be available again in the evenings for feeding, walks, or check‑ins. My weekends are even more open, allowing plenty of time for longer visits or extended care. Because of my profession and lifestyle, pet sitting fits seamlessly into my routine, and I make sure each pet gets reliable, attentive care throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent environment that keeps pets comfortable. I like too follow the pet’s normal routines as closely as possible — from feeding and medication schedules to preferred walking routes and bedtime habits — because familiar patterns help reduce stress. I treat every home with the same respect I’d want for my own. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, enrichment, and reassurance so they feel relaxed even when their family is away. My goal is to provide care that feels seamless, trustworthy, and grounded in both compassion and professional experience.
About: As a dedicated pet owner myself, I know how tough it can be to leave your furry family members behind. That’s why my approach is simple: I care for your dogs and cats exactly how I’d want someone to care for mine. Whether it’s keeping the litter box pristine, making sure the water bowl is fresh, or just hanging out, I treat your pets like royalty and respect their unique boundaries and routines.✨🫶🏻 I’m a big believer in great communication, so you’ll never have to wonder how things are going. You can expect regular updates and plenty of pictures📸 with every single visit. Whether your pet is a high-energy social butterfly who needs active playtime or a shy hidden gem who just wants some quiet company, my goal is to keep them happy and give you total peace of mind while you're away.🩵🤎 My life is built around providing excellent care for pets. While I work Wednesday through Friday, every other Saturday, and have graduate class on Wednesday and Thursday nights (from 4:30 PM to 7:50 PM), my schedule remains adaptable. Outside of those specific commitments, I am available to give your pet the consistent attention and care they need, with plenty of openings for early morning, evening, and Sunday through Tuesday visits. I am committed to providing the best possible care for your pet within the comfort of their own home. Whether it's a drop-in visit or a dog walk, I will make sure your pet's routine is respected and all their needs are met.
“Amara was amazing! Even got my reclusive cat Soeren to come out for treats. Lily, of course, was her usual extroverted self and came out for lovies. So sad we only got to try her services once, but we will definitely recommend her to friends.”

“Tonie was amazing! Super nice and very flexible! It really made me feel better knowing she could help me get my pup out for some exercise and socializing while I was at work!! I would definitely ask her to help out again!”

“Holli accommodated a late request to let my puppy out in the morning and afternoon as well as spend an hour at each visit with her. Holli took great care of my puppy! She messaged me updates and pictures.”

“Anabela was at my house over the holidays and dropped in on my 3 cats twice a day. This was my first experience with Anabela and she was AMAZING!! I have OCD so I am very detailed about everything. She followed my instructions to a tee! She communicated effectively and provided great pictures. My cats loved her and so do I. I highly recommend Anabela for your pets.”

About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets as well as my neighbors’ pets for the past 4 years and I absolutely love it. I have loved all animals and nature my whole life, so I’m always open to taking care of it in any way that I can. I’m available on all Saturdays and Sundays, and I am available anytime after 1:30pm Monday-Friday for any check ins and/or walks. I go to school in the morning but after 1:30 I’m completely available for incremental walks and check ins with your pet(s). I will be able to crate your pet, let it out in the yard, take it on walks with a leash, feed it, all of the above. I will of course be 100% safe and aware while in your home.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Grace! She took wonderful care of our dog Tilly while we were away for our engagement party. From the start, Grace was incredibly responsive and made sure she understood everything she needed to know about Tilly’s care. She checked in on her three times throughout the day and kept us updated with messages and adorable photos during each visit, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear that Tilly was comfortable and happy in her care. We’re so grateful for Grace’s reliability and attentiveness—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and responsible sitter!”

About: Hi! I’m Alicia. I’m a second grade teacher and lifelong Fort Wayne resident. I’ve had pets my entire life, but currently have none of my own, so I’m looking forward to babying yours this summer! I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer them a quiet, kid-free, pet-free, low-stress environment to settle into while you’re away. I’m extremely reliable, caring, and patient. Whether your pet needs medication, a consistent routine, or extra time to warm up to someone, I’m happy to adjust to whatever works best for them (and for you). Whether I’m with them for a drop-in or overnight stay, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Plus, I love to take pictures and document our adventures, so you can expect regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. Feel free to reach out to set up a time to chat or schedule a meet and greet! As a teacher, my summers are especially flexible for drop-ins, daycare, and overnight stays. When school starts (August-May), I’m limited to before and after school drop-ins, but always open to schedule overnight stays at your house or mine especially on weekends or holidays! At my house, your pets will be the only pets in the home, so they’ll get all of the attention they deserve! My house is pet-proofed and I’m very committed to ensuring your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.
About: I've have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all pets and I am very flexible and willing to learn how to best take care of your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your pets, I will dedicate my time to loving them. I've had 5 energetic dogs throughout my life. My family has had everything from small to really big. We had a papillon, papillon mix, pomeranian, pitbull/boxer mix, and a pitbull/german shepherd mix. My dogs were always the larger ones and I can handle walking very large dogs easily since my dogs weren't the best on the leash. Currently we have two dogs but I learned how to take care of them when they were babies, to when they were having old age problems. So, I can work with any range of age. I also have a cat in college now that I love taking care of. I am a student-athlete currently, but I always have time in the evenings to dedicate to taking care of a pet. I am available for drop-ins on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. When you are home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I am a student-athlete at IU Bloomington, so my schedule is a little packed but I miss my pets and I also love to walk, so this sounded like a great option. I am free on Saturday after morning practice, all day Sunday, mostly all day Tuesday, and all day Thursday. :) I would care for my client's pets like they were my own. I can handle giving them constant attention, feeding, walking, watering, and everything else. I am 6'0 ft tall, so I can handle big dogs if necessary.
“Samantha is such a great cat sitter, Tako is so lucky! Her updates are great, and communication and visits are top notch. We would definitely work with her again.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, from helping with my grandma’s pup to raising my own three miniature dachshunds. My childhood dog, a white Lab-Husky mix, sparked my lifelong love for animals. With years of hands-on experience, I treat every pet like family. Taking care of pets is just part of my everyday life. I’m always up early to let the dogs run around the back yard. Walks, playtime, and cuddles with my own dogs is so important. So adding another furry friend is easy. I love keeping them happy, comfy, and feeling at home. Our dogs have a huge fenced in yard with toys everywhere. In the summers they love swimming and being outside. I have 3 dogs so walks are always interesting but since they have been getting bigger they are understanding better.
