About: I have taken great care of dogs since I was about 8 years old. We had plenty over the years. I have a silky terrier now and she is 10 years old. The healthiest dog I know. I am self-employed so I create my own schedule. I have plenty of time to make more furry friends! I am looking forward to meeting them! About: I have been around animals my entire life! I’ve been trusted by friends, family, and neighbors to care for their pets! I have great experience with puppies but I’m open to learning more about the care of elder pets. I also have experience with multiple breeds, big and small, and understand that each pet requires a different approach. I have a Pomeranian-Dachshund mix named Blue and he is practically my child!! Depending on your pet and their needs, my care for them can differ. For example, a puppy with lots of energy and little training, I would include lots of play and (if asked) some basic training. If I am caring for an older pet who prefers calm visits, I will relax with them and take the visit slow. Each pet is unique and I will care for them accordingly. The owner’s comfort always comes first so if you have special instructions, that is always a priority.

My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!

About: Hallo, I'm Mariah! I've grown up around animals all my life, from dogs to horses! I've had several Chow Chows and a Great Dane and they all lived happy full lives until they unfortunately passed away from old age. I also use to house sit for my aunt since she traveled a lot and she had a special needs dog and several cats so I do have experience in that field. My family's ranch out in Weatherford, Texas is home to over 25 dogs that I normally take care of when I'm out there every once in awhile! I have volunteered several times with the Yuma Humane Society as well as volunteered at a Yuma Veterinarian Clinic as a receptionist for a few weeks. I give awesome belly rubs and I am CPR certified.
