“100% Highly recommend! Casey treats my girl, Roxy, like she’s her own dog! She’s quick to respond, easy to work with, and sends lots of pics to me throughout Roxy’s visit! Lots of walks and cuddles. I know Roxy is well taken care of based on how excited Roxy gets when I drop her off! I’ve booked Casey for walks, doggy day care, and overnight boarding - all GREAT experiences! I love that I’ve found someone who will take such good care of my doggo!”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. Growing up with a dog by my side taught me how to understand, care for, and connect with them in a way that feels completely natural. Being around dogs isn't just something I do—it's something I've known my whole life. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, learning their unique personalities, and making sure they feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Every dog deserves care that feels like home, and that's exactly what I strive to provide. I currently work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). I can take care of pets after 5pm and on the weekends. We can arrange timing if needed. Thank you! I have a very spacious loft downtown I can have them in. Also have space for kennels if needed. Lots of parks near by and sidewalks to walk them. I’m also willing to take care of them at the clients residents as well. Whatever is needed for the job at hand!
“Amanda is far and away the best experience I've had with Rover. She continues to deliver, my pups love her, and I am going to continue booking with her. If you need walks, sitting, or anything else she offers - you can't go wrong with Amanda.”

About: I have owned animals my whole life, cats and dogs. I’ve watched many friends and family member’s pets while they were away and made sure their sweet babies were well taken care of. I am experienced in caring for various pets, not just your typical furry friends but reptiles and fish too! I have a big heart for all animals so I will care for your pet as I would my own :) I am a part time worker, full time student at university, but I have a lot of free time on my hands! My schedule changes frequently so I’d love to communicate with you about availability instead. At my home I have a fenced in yard and many friends to play with. Lots of cat toys, towers and treats as well! I do have roommates and they also have animals so your pet will be entering a lively environment. If your pet is more of an introvert I would be happy to come to you. I’ll make sure to give your pet the five star treatment! Playtime and cuddles will be provided. If you’re just looking for someone to give your buddy some attention and exercise, I would be happy to walk them around your/my neighborhood or at many of the local parks near me. We’ll have a great time getting some sun!
“Thomas does a great job caring for my pup. Lots of photos/videos to keep me updated. Always ensured there was food, water. My pup was always greeted with head taps and ear scratches keeping him happy. Thanks Thomas!”

“Ashleigh was great! My dog is a little weird with new people but from the pictures she took I could tell my girl was super happy! She even went the extra mile to run some more energy out by playing fetch after their walk. Highly recommend!”
About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. Since high school, I’ve walked neighborhood dogs, pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors, and fostered kittens to prepare them for their forever homes. I know every pet has unique needs, and I take pride in providing patient, reliable, and loving care. As a medical student, you can count on me to be attentive, communicative, and trustworthy while your pets are in my care. As a fourth-year medical student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I keep my availability updated and communicate promptly, so you can count on reliable care and regular updates while you’re away. I’m a fourth-year medical student with a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide dependable care throughout the week. I have experience administering oral medications and following detailed care instructions, and I’m comfortable caring for pets with special needs. I’ll treat your pet like my own while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: The oldest of 3, I took lead in training all our dogs growing up. Getting better as I grew up, in recent years I've had the most experience w/ both elderly pups and puppies. I can't wait to meet you and your special babies! I live and work full time in Downtown LR, so you can rest assured that i'll always be close by in case of an emergency. I like being active on the weekends, I take my kittens out in their backpack carrier and walk the downtown streets every chance I get. My mountain of toys and climbing gear is no match for the energy levels of 2 sibling kittens. I welcome any fur baby to my apartment that might make a dent, but if your pet needs a more relaxed environment I have plenty of room to manage their exposure.
About: ***5/27/26 Update-My husband and I moved to Arkansas January 2026 to help with his families business in North Little Rock. My hours vary at work, either from 8-5, 10-7, or 10-5. I feel this is important for pet parents who ask for house sitting to know ahead of time. Being transparent is important as my #1 priority will always be the animals. They deserve the best I can offer and I do my best to keep their routine seamless in your absence. I do prefer 2 days notice to allow for adjustments at work, and if emergencies arise outside of that window, please do not hesitate reach out. I’ll do what I can to accommodate 🫶🏼 Thank you for your understanding!*** NEW PET PARENTS-save with this link! https://www.rover.com/sit/betsil38215 Pets are not just pets, they're family! Raised with cats and large breed dogs I am no stranger to being ignored, head booped, games of 'tag', fetch, and water play. I look forward to sharing some exercise, playtime/chilltime/grubtime with your fur babies! In need of a pet concierge? Look no further—I’m basically your pet’s personal go getter, ensuring they get everything they need! Potty breaks, walks, and food + water refills included! When you’re away, I’ll step in as your pet’s in-home bestie—making sure they’re safe, happy, and totally spoiled (in the responsible way). I follow your pet’s regular routine to a T—meals on time, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and all the snuggles they’ll allow—because consistency is comfort. I’m big on attention to detail, so I’ll keep an eye on the little things too (mood, appetite, energy, the “I definitely didn’t get into anything” face), and I’ll treat your home with the same respect. Basically: your pet gets VIP care, and you get peace of mind—plus a new furry friend who thinks I’m pretty cool.
About: Hello! I recently retired from the army due to medical issues; therefore, I have nothing but time on my hands! I am unable to hold a traditional job now, so I decided to help others and their pets instead. I have one Pomsky who’s a little brat, but he’s the sweetest thing. My rescued German shepherd had to be put down recently due to MRSA. He had more medical issues than you can probably name. Because of this, I am pretty well versed in helping dogs with crazy medical conditions. If you have any questions, please don’t be shy to ask! 💕 Due to my military medical retirement, I have more time on my hands than most people. Unable to hold a regular job now, pet care is easily the most enjoyable thing for me. I just moved to an apartment downtown Little Rock, since homes are so expensive now days. Due to this move, there’s a high possibility I would have to bring my Pinsky with me. He is very playful and has never had any issues with other dogs or cats. He is also crate trained and potty trained. I added boarding and day-sitting for those special situations some people may have. Having a dog who had very special requirements for care and weird schedules required for care, I completely understand that there are some people who struggle to find the right sitter or just any help at all. So I’ll seldomly accept boarding/doggy day-care for those who are okay with their pup inside an apartment.

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years. My first baby was Kramer (cockapoo) and now I have a big boy named Koda (Golden Retriever). I love all pets, but specifically dogs. They are so loving, loyal, and kind, and I love to give that to them in return. I work as a professor at an university and usually done around 1pm each day, so I can let the babies out for their afternoon/evening potty breaks. I am also free for the summer due to school letting out, so I will have way more free time from May until the middle of August to give your baby attention any time of day. I have a fenced yard and a golden retriever for your baby to play with. Sometimes, I have my sister's dog to babysit so there will be another friend.
About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a kid, from hermit crabs and fish to dogs of all ages and breeds. Currently, I love looking after a 9-year-old Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix and a 16-year-old Terrier Schnauzer mix, plus my own cats. I enjoy walks, playtime, snuggles, and showering pets with the love and attention they deserve. I feel comfortable with most breeds, am highly attentive, and take all care instructions seriously, making sure every furry friend feels safe, happy, and cherished. 3+ Pets and multiple nights will get a discount; I work with budgets! Shoot me a message and let’s work something out :) I work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with an hour lunch break, but caring for pets fits seamlessly into my routine. I can give love, attention, walks, playtime, and cuddles in the morning, during lunch, and after work, making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and cherished throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow all instructions carefully and stick to their routine. I provide meals, walks, playtime, and lots of snuggles, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I also make sure the pet’s veterinarian contact information is posted where I can quickly access it in case of an emergency, giving owners peace of mind while their pets are in my care.
About: My name is Azalea! I am open to any kind of pet service as I have lived with pets almost my whole life. From boarding your pet to a simple walk, I will always put your pet first. They are beautiful creatures that make one’s life happier and better, so I will ensure they feel welcomed and safe in my home. I have dealt with all kinds of pets from dogs to cats to birds to hamsters. There is nothing better than being able to trust someone with your pet when you are away from home. Allow my home to be your pet’s second home when life gets busy! I do work full-time but I work 2 minutes from where I live, so it would be so easy to check on your pet as needed! It’s a typical 9-5, so I would be able to take a walk in the morning and/or in the evening! I live downtown, so walking around the Arkansas River Trail is one of my favorite things to do and it’s such a great walk for any dog to enjoy!
About: Hey I’m Hannah! My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!
About: I have always loved animals of all kinds! I've sat for others, & it's always so fun to see their personalities and share sweet interactions! I'm currently available for pet sittings, walkings, and drop-in visits Monday through Sunday! I am flexible, so reach out if you’re interested and I’ll try my best to meet your needs! I have a dog that I've had for 5 years! No one can tell me I did not birth him! My goal would be to treat your baby as mine and pamper them as so. If your pet is in need of a bath, I am willing to do so upon request! Play time and snuggles are a must because how else would we become besties!
About: Hi! I’m Brooke. I’m a veterinary technician who is looking to make extra income caring for others pets while I am in school. I have a strong connection to animals and that’s why I believe I am in the right field. I am working towards applying that passion and going to vet school. I absolutely love animals and will treat every pet I encounter as my very own! 🐾❤️ I myself, am a pet mom, to a very quirky Pomeranian named Bella. A sweet foster fail beagle named Cali. And most recently, a FIV Bengal cat, named Kasha. 😻 I do foster when I am able to. This limits my ability to do overnight boarding at this time. I have veterinary experience, I have worked for local ER clinics, small GP clinics in the area and currently I am a surgery tech with APAH 🐾 in the Heights. I will apply the knowledge I have gained to not only look after your pets but to also help note any abnormal activity and or medical conditions your pet may experience. I can offer you peace of mind knowing that I can best assist you and your pets needs. Any questions…. Please inquire within. Looking forward to meeting you soon! 🐾🐾 -Brooke VT I am working full time. I can make visits before and after my shifts. Also I do often use my lunch breaks to do afternoon check ins/walks. I will always be mindful of where your pet is at all times. That doors are locked. Any treats or chew bones you may leave for your pet will be monitored and never left unattended as these things can be a chocking hazard.

- 98% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
