“Cecilia and family were very kind and understanding of Buffalo’s insecurity being left behind. Her dogs were very kind with my dog and had no issues. She kept in contact with me and sent me pictures that reassured me that Buffalo was comfortable and safe.”

“Mike was an incredible sitter. My little guy, Walter, took to him because he was so friendly. He gave me updates throughout the day and made sure my dog was walked, fed, and well loved. Would recommend and work with Mike again!”

“This was my first opportunity to use Rover and I had a great experience and so did my Luna. I could really tell Bonni loved pets and took great care to ensure my Luna had a great experience. Thank you so much!”

“My first time here on Rover and we had a great experience. Thank you so much! I’m so happy I found Leslie & James. The dogs were in great hands and I felt reassured they will be cared for from the get go.”

“In all my years of using dog sitters, no one has come close to Peter in terms of the care and love my dog received from him. Peter sent the best pictures throughout the day, and I was jealous of how much fun they were having. , He really did treat Bug like his own dog. I think my dog almost likes him better than me.”

“Rebecca was fantastic! I'm so lucky to have found her last minute! She obviously cares about the fur (or furless 😉) babies she cares for in a sincere way and has a beautiful energy. She did a fantastic job working with my puppers hairless needs and making me feels comfortable and confident in leaving him. He had never been around other dogs before this point and I feel she accommodated him well when it was to much for him. I'm grateful she was even willing to consider those needs, work with me to meet them, and feel like he was genuinely seen and not just there. She communicated very well and I looked foward to receiving pics during my day. There was unfortunately one big down side, she's not in my town! I do hope if she ever is, she gets into contact with me so I can show her what my colleagues and I were working on and get to know her better 😉!”

“Julia is a sweetheart! She took us in last minute and was super flexible with our drop off. She made sure to send me updates and pictures through the day. I highly recommend booking with her!!”

“Amber was amazing! She was incredibly responsive and was able to take my dog last minute, which I really appreciated. She kept me updated with photos throughout, and it was clear my dog was happy and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend and would happily book with her again!”

About: Hi there! If you are a first-time client, please take a moment to read my full profile before requesting a booking. I want to make sure my home and care style are a good fit for your pet. I’m Celine, an artist living in Albuquerque who loves helping people care for their pets. Pet sitting has been a meaningful way for me to support my art practice while spending time with wonderful animals. I grew up with dogs, had a plott hound named Lucy, and have been pet sitting for many years, first for friends and now regularly on Rover. I’m comfortable with a range of personalities and focus on creating a calm, secure environment for each dog. - I board only one dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives my full attention in a peaceful space with no other animals or children. I’m open to occasional exceptions for small dogs from the same household so they can stay together. I have a fenced yard and provide regular daily walks so your dog gets plenty of safe outdoor time and enrichment. - My partner Randy also lives with me. He is a wildland firefighter and is often away for extended periods. When he is home, he enjoys spending time with the dogs, but I am the primary caregiver and handle all daily care and communication. - I send regular updates with photos so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! - Policies & Requirements: I require a meet and greet for all new clients. During this meeting, I assess whether the dog is a good fit and observe how they respond to new people. Please share any behavioral concerns or important details at that time. - If a dog is extremely high energy, has never been left alone without their owner, or shows signs of anxiety, I may request a trial daycare stay before approving a longer booking or overnight stay. - Because I am often fully booked, I may schedule meet and greets during an active boarding. The dog I’m boarding is always safely separated, and I don’t allow dogs to meet or interact. - I accept bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. A stay is not confirmed or reserved until it has been paid for and officially accepted through Rover. - For boarding stays, please bring everything your dog needs from home, including food, bowls, medications, toys, treats, crate (if crate trained and used to sleeping or spending time in a crate), bed, leash, and poop bags. I work from home as an artist and illustrator. My schedule is fairly flexible, which will ensure that I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Though I am at home most of the time, I do occasionally have to step out for 1-6 hours at a time for meetings and other errands. I take measures to make their time alone as stress-free as possible, providing toys and treats to occupy them. I prioritize safety through close supervision and clear communication with owners. I will take extra care to follow any instructions you have for feeding and administering medication, ensuring they get the care they need.
“Melissa was really easy to communicate with, checked in with me throughout the day with photos and info on how they were doing. Felt very safe with them in her care.”

“Jody was amazing with our new rescue, Teddy. She was very communicative and worked with us on all of Teddy's quirks like separation anxiety and leash reactivity. Teddy definitely had a fun day full of fun and adventure! We super appreciate Jody working with us on such late notice and for being so kind!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, which is why I create a safe, calm, and loving environment where dogs feel comfortable and cared for. I treat every dog with patience, attention, and genuine affection, just like family. I work from home, so pets receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day and are rarely left alone. I plan my schedule around regular walks, feeding times, potty breaks, and play sessions, making sure each pet stays comfortable and on their normal routine. My boyfriend Nate and I live in a spacious home with a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside and are secured at all times.
“Jamie was very friendly and communicated with me during the stay. She has young kids in the home for playtime with my small dog along with a friendly poodle of her own.”

“Rex had a great time with Laura. He came home tired and slept for two days being a large German Shepherd. Laura sent me an email along with a photo of Rex every two days which was also awesome.”

“Tracy was incredibly kind and caring with our fur baby, she was very responsive and sent lots of pictures during her stay. Also super flexible! Our pup loved Tracy!”

About: Hi! My name is Gaila, and my husband and I are both work-from-home animal lovers, which means someone is almost always home to give your pet plenty of attention, care, and frequent potty breaks throughout the day. We have two rescue dogs of our own and truly treat every pet like part of the family. Your dog will enjoy a safe, loving environment with a large fenced yard for supervised playtime, while still spending most of their time inside getting lots of cuddles and companionship. We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet, and we pride ourselves on being responsible, dependable, and attentive sitters. I also have experience caring for dogs with special needs, including administering medications and providing extra care after surgery or during recovery. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet! Please feel free to reach out with any questions — I’m happy to help however I can. My husband and I both work from home full time so one of us is always home to provide frequent potty breaks, constant supervision so you never have to worry about your dog being unattended to for long periods of time. I have a fenced yard and two fur babies for them to play with. They are allowed inside . Happy to crate train if that is your preference

“Rob was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and our dog Laifu was so happy he didn’t seem to want to leave. Will call Rob next time we need help in Albuquerque”
