About: Hiya! I'm just your bubbly girl-next-door who is eager to show love and care for any kind of K9 that enters her househould. I've had 4 dogs growing up which gives credence to this statement: your dog will see a friend in me; I am a friend whom they can run with at the park, play a game of squeaky toy tug-o-war or fetch, and give them unli-belly rubs with a side of cuddles, if they will. Sometimes we can roll around in my large, fully fenced back yard and chill in my living room while I play my guitar, read a book, or doodle some sketches. I enjoy taking LOTS of pictures and videos of them too so be prepared to be updated on the daily basis. I'd like to emphasize that I love walking dogs! So if you have an active dog -- I can doubly ensure you that I will make sure they stay active during their stay! Just ensure me that they know how to walk with a leash (some dogs will try to pull me in 50 different directions at 50 million mph). Whether that be a little chase around the house or a mini hike in a scenic trail. If you have any questions for me, don't hesitate to ask any time about anything! P.S. My house is fully air-conditioned and they will get a bowl of fresh water daily! So you don't have to ever worry about them going into a heat stroke in my house (or outside).

“I can't say enough good things about Ashley!! I was on vacation for 5 days and she cared for my 4 dogs the whole time I was gone! She went over and above what a pet/house sitter would do!! And my pups adore her!!! Would absolutely recommend!!”

“Olivia is amazing! Very communicative and very good with my puppy! An absolute god send while I work! Plus she gets the best pics! 📸👍🐶”

About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!

About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats from a very young age and always had a deep love for animals. I’ve had puppies, kittens, senior cats and dogs and cats with special medical needs. I’m currently working full time however I am available early mornings before work, afternoons after work, evenings, overnights and weekends. I have plenty availability to do what I love during non work hours I’ll stick to your routine from walks, meals, and medication if needed. I’ll make sure the litter box is scooped and clean, and that the water and food bowls are clean for all animals. I’ll snuggle and play with the animals and give them love, affection and attention to ensure they are happy and at ease. I always follow directions so if you leave a detailed list it will be followed.

About: Hi! Little bit about me :) I had a chihuahua for about 15 years so I understand what it takes to care for dogs at all stages in life. After my dog passed, I adopted a 8 month old puppy back in Nov 2022. Being a doggy mom is amazing and I love having a furry companion! I love going out on walks around the neighborhood and letting my dog meet new and old friends. I work from home Monday through Wednesdays but have a very flexible work schedule so i can scheudle a Rover job anytime during those days. Weekends I have availability as well. At home, i am typically always within view of my dog so she is never really alone. I use a camera in the living room to keep an eye out if I have to leave home or be in the basement etc. If it's a puppy or senior dog I am more likely to be attentive and be more by their side. For an adult dog, I'll give them their space and keep a consistent schedule to take on walks. I like to feed my dog healthy veggie treats throughout day and do some reinforcement training or give interactive toys to mentally exercise her.

About: I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals, and spending time with cats/dogs is something that genuinely brings me joy. Pet sitting and walking allows me to combine my passion for pets with the opportunity to help others care for their furry family members. Whether it’s making sure your cat/pup gets enough exercise, providing companionship while you’re away, or simply giving them some extra love and attention, I take the responsibility seriously and treat every pet as if they were my own. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I’m committed to creating a safe, fun, and comforting environment for them. I enjoy the outdoors, staying active, and connecting with animals, which makes dog walking the perfect fit for me. Most of all, I know how much pets mean to their owners, and I’m here to give you peace of mind while giving your fur baby the care and affection they deserve. I look forward in hearing from you! Whenever a family is in need of a sitter, I hope to be the one you call! I plan to do this so I get more experience and do this for a living ! I will treat the pets as my own! I will take very good care of the fur babies, just how I would treat any other animal!

About: I am one of those people who hangs out with the dog or cat at a house party, rather than the people. I grew up with dogs, including one who was epileptic and needed daily medication. We also had a parakeet and several hamsters. As an adult I’ve kept lizards, frogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and even co-habituated with a parrot for a few years. Nine years ago we adopted a rescue dog, who really made our family complete. Nearly all of our cats have lived into their golden years, so I have experience with daily insulin shots for a diabetic cat, and multiple medications and subcutaneous fluid injections for other cats. I will give the same level of attention and affection to your pets that I ask for of my own pet sitter. I’ve been caring for my own pets and the pets of friends and neighbors my entire life. I’ve helped rescue lost & abandoned animals. I’ve cared for and befriended all sorts of dogs - small, large, anxious, friendly, reactive. I prefer walking dogs on a harness as it allows me control without risk of injury to the dog. I’d love to meet you and your pets and see how I could be of service. I work from home with flex hours so am available as needed during the work day, after 9am. Weekends are very flexible. I can also do evening hours (until 7pm). I prefer to meet the animals with their human first, so we can get to know each other and I can understand the pets’ setup.

About: Hi there! My name is Naomi and I’m excited to meet your pet :) I am new to Rover but have enjoyed pet sitting since my teens. Some of the animals I’ve had the privilege to look after include cats, dogs, horses, chickens, reptiles, fish, insects and even a skunk🦨 (See pictures to experience the cuteness!) I am attentive to each pet’s needs, experienced with all ages, and dedicated to ensuring safe, joyful visits and walks tailored to their energy and comfort levels. I would be an ideal fit for pets who are used to their parents being way from 9–5 during the week. I have open availability on the weekend :) I will always follow your fur baby’s routine closely, providing fresh food and water, engaging playtime, and ensuring a clean environment. I also offer regular updates for peace of mind!

Riverton dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dog has diabetes and so it was wonderful to know she was in Ryan's very capable hands. She is both professional and loving so I would highly recommend her for pet sitting.
I really appreciated Emily's communication prior to and during her visit. Additionally, Emily was very understanding of the fact that my dog is a foster, and the extra factors that come with that. Will definitely book with Emily again.

Teresa did a great job from start to finish. We were very comfortable leaving our 2 dogs in her capable hands. She came in and immediately made the effort to bond with both. We could tell from the pictures we received that everything was going smoothly and our dogs were happy. We would highly recommend having Teresa take care of your pets.
