Tim just watched my special-needs dog Roxy and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Tim was caring, communicative, and very engaged. Roxy needs help to walk so his extra attention and care was important. He hit a home run for sure! He sent many pictures and text updates. Virginia was a WONDERFUL sitter—if I could give more than 5 stars I would! ⭐️ This was my first time using Rover, but won’t be my last! I expressed my anxieties of being away from Bij on a work trip, and she eased them all. I got regular and often updates—she truly treated and loved Bij as if he were her own. And her fur baby is just as precious—Cozy and Bijou became best friends! From letting him sleep in a bigger bed, to sharing all Cozy’s toys, to regular walks and playing all the fetch he could handle—Bijou was on a vacation! Virginia is kind and communicative, and I will happily be booking with her again! ❤️
