About: I am currently a junior at OSU majoring in zoology. I have a cat named Troye whom I have had for 1 year. I grew up with dogs and have experience giving oral medication. I also have 3 years working with large mammals at accredited zoos. I am a full time student at OSU, so I am looking to work locally in Stillwater, but can also serve surrounding areas like Guthrie and north Edmond depending on my schedule. About: I am a huge animal lover and have grown up around them my entire life. At present, I have two dogs at home - but sometimes four (basically a mini-shelter!) My dogs often go on daily adventures with me, whether it be on long hikes outdoors or on brief excursions to Starbucks for a pup cup. Whenever my friends or family need someone to dog-sit, I am their first choice, and I have taken care of a wide variety of breeds, ranging in size from the small maltese to the large malinois. When it comes to taking care of your pets, a top priority for me is safety: I will make sure that they are properly leashed when walking and are well taken care of at home. I have completed multiple training courses and am familiar with how to handle reactivity, aggression, anxiety, and stubbornness in dogs as well as cats. I have plenty of time available for dog walking and pet-sitting before / after work or even during lunch. I look forward to helping, so please feel free to reach out! I care for pets with a realistic mindset. It takes a while for them to create a bond with a new person. I will be calm, give them treats and show them affection to create a bond with your best friend.
About: I own 6 cats and 7 dogs at my house. I have volunteered at an animal shelter in OKC and internshiped at a veterinary hospital in OKC as well. I work part time in Norman Oklahoma with plenty of time to play and give plenty of attention to your pet. All pets are safe with me! I typically pet sit at the client's property, so I go off the schedule and rules of the client. While at the same time, giving so much love and attention!
About: I have been around dogs my whole life !! I currently have two dogs of my own as well. I do some dog training. Sit, stay, lay, shake, crate training, and potty training. I work full time however I get two breaks and only work Monday-Thursday. I work from 8-5 and take a break at 1130 and 2:30. I live in a house and have a closed in fence. I take my dogs for a walk or run every day and will play fetch or tug of war with them in the yard. The dogs get lots of outside time and my girls love having new friends to play with! A kennel is not required but I do ask if you have one to bring it. Since we have our own dogs and also board more than one dog we put them up in the kennel when going to sleep at night.

About: I have grown up around pets my whole life and have always loved their company. At a young age I wanted to be a veterinarian so I can learn more of animals. Even though I did not take that route in my education I still have taken care of many pets with disregards to age range or personality. Coming from someone who has experience with a pet with an illness I know how important it is to insure their health and safety. I am solely focused on their need of comfort and safety in my care . About: I have about 10 years' experience dog-walking and dog-sitting, and it's always been wonderful. I have great, lasting relationships with both my clients and their dogs. I used to be a member of the Dog Walking Society in Bristol, England, where we used to meet bi-weekly to discuss dog care services and voluntarily walk dogs whose owners were unable to walk them themselves due to disabilities, every alternate meeting. My schedule is flexible, I live a 4 minute drive from my office, have the ability to work from home, and I find snoots therapeutic -- which all means max time with your snoot holders 🐽. I live with my kitty and pup, and have a fenced yard. It's a smoke-free and kid-free home with a surplus of cuddles. At drop-off, please make sure to include the following: 1. 2 bowls 2. Leash (and harness, if applicable) 3. Poop bags 4. Food (and treats, if applicable) 5. Bed and/or crate 6. Any number of their favorite toys / blankies / chews that are comforting to them that they may appreciate having during their stay
About: I have taken care of dogs as long as I can remember. I’ve also pet sat for other people and they always call me back! I’m currently attending NOC Stillwater and plan to graduate in May 2023 with my associates then transfer to OSU to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
