About: In addition to watching my pup for 14 years (she sadly has since passed), I have been watching others pets via Trustedhousesitters for about a year. I have a perfect 5-star rating from eight pet (dogs and cats) sitting gigs ranging from a couple days to a month. I currently work remotely at my house so I can give plenty of attention to your pets and would enjoy taking them for walks and playing with them outside to get some exercise (and away from the computer). I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room for when your pet may get the zoomies. I also live in a family friendly neighborhood that is safe for walking.
About: I’ve been dog walking and dog sitting professionally for three years and I absolutely love it. I have care for puppies and elderly dogs as well as every age, size, and breed in between. Dogs are my passion and I will always do this job. I work part time and then I do dog walking and sitting full time. My walk schedule is usually Monday-Friday during the day but I’ll do walks at night and on the weekends as well. I do sittings more than boardings, but I do both all the time. My own dogs are mostly yard dogs. They like to play in the yard but I take them on hikes and walks as well. For clients, I always try to keep the normal care schedule that the animals are used to being provided with by their owners. I will follow any feeding or walking schedule that is necessary. If a dog requires medication, I will adhere to that schedule as well. I am also able to stay the night at houses.

Shannon and Tut were wonderful with our Dobie! It’s nice to bring your dog on vacation, but there are many places you just can’t take them - especially when it’s 90degrees in the shade! Shannon has a nice shady, fenced yard and air con. She sent pictures and updates as he adjusted. He usually has pretty bad separation anxiety, but it lessened each day. By day 3, he walked away with her, and didn’t look back as we drove away. We strongly recommend her, and will use her services again when we return!
Was Amazing!! He watched my Dutch twice every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He was great with communication and letting me know if Dutch did anything or for example his ears are taped up for his breed so he would let me know when ever they would come off or got dirty. He has other dogs himself and they were lovely with my puppy. Dutch really needed the social interaction!! Dutch has learned a couple things as well!! He taught Dutch how to be more gentle when it comes to treats, focusing more, and gently playing with older dogs. I 100% recommend him!! He watches multiple dogs as well so Dutch met other cute dogs as well!!
She was great!!! I have a Doberman Puppy and she understands about how important his ears are to be not wet at all and to message me at all if anything happened related to his ears. Her other pets loved my Dutch and can’t wait for another play date for them!! She watched him from 8am to 7:30pm and he came home and wanted to go straight to bed he was tired from the long day of play!
Olivia was fantastic! We were in town with our senior pup for a weekend visit and wanted to spend a few hours doing some touristy things where we couldn’t bring the dog. She agreed to watch him on super short notice and gave him a great afternoon of care and attention.
Shelby is absolutely amazing - both as a human being and a fur babysitter! She is genuinely caring, kind, accommodating and helpful. We visited from out of town for an event and we booked Shelby for day care needs. My 14-yo and 1-yo enjoyed their time with Shelby and her sweet precious Oliver. My senior pup, Zoe, tends to be selective, and she seemed happy and wasn’t reluctant about returning to her the next day. Will definitely book again next time we’re in town. Thank you so much!
Karen was fantastic! My husband and I are visiting Savannah and decided last minute to see if we could find a “baby sitter” for a date night.
