About: Growing up I always had furry friends surrounding me. Animals have largely helped to make me who I am today. Since birth, my best friend was my rottweiler and my list of beloved pets only grew from there. I've personally helped to care for four of my own dogs, as well as my five cats making me comfortable with multiple animals in a home. My family frequently had small dogs around interacting with us allowing me to become comfortable with their size. Just up the road, there was always large dogs (Italian mastiff, saint bernard, chow mix). The combination of the two means that I am 100% comfortable with any sized dogs. More recently I have often been asked to help watch a neighbors two great danes along with a lab mix. Taking care of dogs ranging from their puppyhood to senior years allows me to be very familiar regarding the dog's physical limits as well as what their mental state may be. I am more than willing to give your dog any medication they need as I have experience giving them pills and liquid doses. From exercise and play to relaxation and sleep, anything your cherished friend requires you can relax on vacation or at work knowing they are taken care of. Whether you are searching for a long time dog walker, a one time sitter, or drop-ins I'm up to the job. Currently, my availability for walks is Mon-Fri, 5 p.m. to 8:30 and Sat–Sun, 10–5. My drop-in schedule Mon-Fri is the same; I am available for drop-ins Sat-Sun, 8-5. Need to board your pup for a long weekend? If they're cat friendly, I can help with that as well (Thur-Sun). You will not need to worry about your dog being uncomfortable since I will be coming to you, meaning your dog will not be stressed in an unknown environment. I will bring a leash for your pet if you like them to go on daily walks or can provide other toys if they simply enjoy one on one time playing in the yard. Treats will also be available as a "show of good faith" toward your furry friend! For your kitty, I would also bring some toy options to keep them happy. Treats will, of course, be offered for them as well! If you're the type of pet owner that likes to include your cat on evening walks, I have a leash for them. *If there is any treat or toy you do not wish for your pet to have please let me know
