“She is wonderful with my dogs. They are too big and strong for me to walk if the see a rabbit or something. They couldn’t wait for her to come each day. With the heat, they just lay around the house without that early morning walk!”

“She is the best! I have a big Akita and a one year old mix. Hatchi walks fine but you have to watch him because he takes off if the moment he gets a chance and runs for miles. He can be aggressive with other dogs as well as my other dog, Nikki. They can manage them even when people walk there dogs off leash and cause problems. Also, the dogs love them! When she arrived last night, they almost pulled me over running to great them!”

About: I’ve taken care of several cats in my lifetime and have a fur baby of my own. I am a cat lover and think they are the best companions to have! I am looking for a side job and figure this would be a great opportunity given I am responsible, caring, and enjoy spending time with cats. My schedule can be flexible. I can check in on your cat(s) and spend time with them by feeding, playing, and caring for their needs. ***PLEASE NOTE: When booking with me, please let me know if the booked time is firm or flexible. If flexible, please let me know if you have a preferred timeframe for my drop-in(s) and I will try my best to accommodate with your preferences.***
About: I’ve had dogs for my entire life. I love pets so much they are truly amazing and the best companions. I would treat every pet like my own! I work part time so I have plenty of time to help with your pets. I have total availability on weekends to help as well. I would treat your pets as my own and treat them with the upmost care. If watching pets at your home I’d be extremely noninvasive and considerate.
“Sherry was beyond awesome! I was a little hesitant about using Rover at first, but Sherry gave such a great experience with it all. I had to leave town for a full day and she came by to do a meet an great the day before. I got multiple updates and pictures of their walk and them at the park. My pup was comfortable with her from the start. Will definitely be contacting Sherry again if I need someone again.”
About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid, including special needs and elder dogs. I've done professional caretaking for animals including boarding and housesitting, with my longest job being about 4 weeks. My brother has also taught me skills from his past dog training jobs. I absolutely love going on dog walks aswell! I'm also more than happy to aid in housekeeping for and pay, which I also have years of experience doing. I recently moved back to ridgecrest after a year in Alaska for a housekeeping job, so my schedule is actually very clear for the time being I have a fenced backyard and my roommates have two incredibly sweet animals of their own, including a dog and a cat. For my roommates' sake, I do prefer dogsitting at other people's houses although I'm open to boarding if requested. Security cameras being on during my housesitting visits is no issue at all!
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life & have had cats for 7 years. I have also had pets such as fish & a rat when I was younger. From 3 weeks old to senior dogs that need special care or medicine. I have been pet sitting for the past 20 years & would love to continue to do so for the rest of my life. I truly enjoy helping others & I love animals so why not do both at the same time? :) I’m currently only working part time so I have a good amount of time on my hands & would love to fill it up with doing something I love. I make sure to clean my cats/ dog’s bowls every day & fill them with fresh food & water. My boyfriend & I make sure to take our dog out at least 4 times a day. I always make sure that the guest pet is comfortable so they don’t feel any less happy than when they’re with their owners. I try to play & walk them as much as they require so they can get a good nights sleep. Special requests like giving treats or medicine are always something I ask about to make sure all of the pets in my care are as comfortable as possible.
About: Compassionate, caring, and attentive with 10+ years experience from puppies to seniors, small breeds to Great Danes. Skilled in meds, bathing, nail trims, and play. I follow instructions carefully, using my knowledge and compassion to provide nurturing, safe care with strong communication committed to your pet’s well being in your home
About: I am 22 years old and I have never gone a year without owning a dog! I moved out recently but I lived with 3 dogs and now care for 2 cats. I have experience with low energy dogs and high energy dogs, I am also friendly to all breeds! I am currently in the process of getting a new job, but I would love to be able to do this on the side or part time! Unfortunately my house would not be the best fit for other animals due to my cats and the size of my house, but I am more than happy to visit other homes and be respectful to customers!
“Sheri is completely excellent! She is puntual, caring and flexible with her time. Very communicative and gave me updates with my pup. I was anxious because my pup likes to bark at strangers but she hadn’t it with grace and patience! And he totally warmed up and by the time they’re interaction was over he was giving her licks goodbye! Highly recommend Sheri!”
