overall experience was amazing. we booked the night before, in a pinch and she responded right away. we chose Katelyn because she has a GSD/Husky mix, and we were going to be leaving a GSD and a baby Malinois with her for two nights. so we figured they would get along and play like a pack. which they did. she administered oral medication for both dogs each day, provided updates with pictures and videos, was very flexible with drop off, and pick up times, and she has a big beautiful family who gave our dogs lots of love. not to mention the big backyard for the pups to go crazy in! we appreciate Katelyn and her family so much, they will be our designated dog sitters anytime we come to Savannah given they are available! amazing and seamless experience!
If I could leave more stars I definitely would! This was our first time leaving our baby but their fact was so amazing. We were pictures and videos during our pup’s stay! We were a little late coming back from our trip due to traffic and they were so understanding. We definitely will be booking again !
Jennifer is amazing! I left my big boy with her for two weeks—the first time I’ve left him for that long since I’ve had him and I was out of the country. She took lots of pictures, she communicated very well, and she’s patient and understanding (dogs are such creatures of habit and when they’re with the dog sitter they’re out of their normal routine and more anxious). I will absolutely ask Jennifer to dog-sit again in the future!
