Rover should really let you have different prices for different distances.** I bring energy and love for plenty of walks, petting, and playtime. I’m patient with pets who exhibit difficult behaviors, as I know they are often scared, traumatized, or facing health challenges. I’m used to very young and very old pets. I have worked with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, pet birds, chickens, and plants. I work online, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Staying over is practical, because any work I can do from my home, I can do from someone else’s; I love playing fetch on breaks, and am very happy to type with a cuddly cat. I build trust by having fun with animals before trying to get them to do things they don’t want to do. I’m able to coax hesitant animals into crates and harnesses, reassure them if they’re learned to fear reactions to things they can’t control (e.g., continence issues), hide medication in food, etc. I take safety very seriously, investigating noises your animals are concerned by and scrupulously remembering to lock doors. I can bring mail in, so it’s clear someone’s home. I have basic first aid skills.

Both pups are rescues and have been the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I’ve always loved animals, especially dogs and have always been the go to person for pet sitting for the folks in my life. We promise to give lots of love to your fur baby. I’ve recently had some changes in my life and will no longer be able to do boarding, but would love to housesit and watch your fur babies in your/their home, with my girls as well of course. I know every animal is unique and assure patience and a willingness to take the time to get to know your pets! I have a flexible schedule. My pups eat twice daily, but we can incorporate whatever feeding style your fur baby needs. Most of my life revolves around my pups so that means it will around your animals as well! About: From puppies to full grown I have house trained and led dogs to follow my lead and maintain a calm attitude. As a volunteer at KC pet project years ago, I took care of dogs and cats alike. As a cook, I maintain between 30 and 40 hours of work per week. On a few days I have the day off and can watch animals for the entire day. My schedule fluctuates, with varying nights and days open throughout each week. In consideration of your best interest, I make sure to use the scout’s honor to leave the environment better than the way your home and/or apartment was found. About: I’ve been around dogs for the past 6 years and absolutely love spending time with them. I’m patient, friendly, and always do my best to make sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for. About: I have worked in the pet industry for about 8 years now. I have worked at doggie daycares in St. Louis(Williamsburg Pet Hotel) and here in Kansas City(The Collar Club) I currently work at Nestle Purina as a puppy trainer. My mom currently lives on a farm with ducks, chickens, 5 dogs and 4 cats. I grew up with animals my whole life and love each and every animal as they are my own. I had a change in my schedule and I am available Saturday, Sundays, Wednesdays during the day. I can also walk any other day after 5pm. I am open to house sitting as long as the owner knows if I work one of the days that they book I would be gone 5:30am to 5:30pm. I love working with pets In their own home. The dogs are more comfortable and feel safe in their own home. I have a chow/shepherd mix that has anxiety so I am used to dogs that struggle with new people and anxiety.

About: Our family has been taking in foster dogs for the past six months. Before that, we watched dogs for friends and family on an as needed basis. I have 3 children in the house age 13, 9 and 7. Sometimes they are with their dad, so if your dog doesn't do well with children we can still possibly work something out depending on dates. Just let me know. When they are here, they absolutely love to dote on our furry visitors both big and small and are always careful to respect the dog's space if they need alone time. After fostering for others, we now have our own dog named Taylor Swift who would love some friends to visit! We are very responsible and have experience with a variety of dog breeds and ages. We will also make sure to follow any special instructions necessary for your pet. For overnights we can do crates, dog beds, or let the dog stay in the bedroom depending on your preference. We love to play and always give our furry friends lots of attention and love when they visit. If you have any other questions just let us know. We are a great family with lots of dog experience and references! I'm home full-time save occasional errands. Pets are fed according to any schedule provided but generally our day starts around 9 AM. The kids love to spoil our visitors with play and cuddles. We will follow any instructions left. Pets are fed separately for safety. If your pet does not eat at scheduled times, then a space they can eat will be provided separate from the other dogs and food offered throughout the day. We like to hang out with our visitors just as we do our own dog. They'll come with us on any dog-friendly outings, play outside, and get lots of cuddles! The downstairs and living room area is the most dog friendly with a dog door to the backyard. This is our main hangout spot but the older dogs often opt to lay out on the deck which gets lots of sun, or with the grown ups upstairs.
