About: I am a stay at home mom that wants to offer my time and service to care for other’s pets. I have a deep love and care for dogs and prioritize safety for everyone. I am big on communication and keeping the parents informed on how their pets stay is going. I’m pretty flexible for whatever the parent and pet needs since I am home all day. I’m happy to accommodate to help make this experience easier. I have a hugged fenced in yard that is perfect for those super energetic dogs and the ones that just enjoy sniffing around. I have a dedicated room for the pets that I will care for but they are more than welcome to roam around the house and sprawl out on the furniture. Crates are used during feeding time or when I am away to prevent any accidents.

The first thing I do every morning before leaving for work is hang out in the fenced yard area outside with whatever dog I am caring for at the time. Thankfully my job is flexible, so I am able to come home for lunch every day at lunch to let dogs out, stretch their legs in the yard, and get a little bit of play time in. After work I enjoy taking long walks around the neighborhood to burn off some energy and allow for some enrichment for each pup. Weekends are pretty similar, as I usually tend to spend time taking dogs to a local park for long walks and lots of fun. My home is pet-friendly, clean, and has a fully fenced backyard area for dogs to play freely and securely for as long as they would like. My dog Molly is also extremely friendly and playful, making for a great environment to wear off some energy. I make sure each dog has a cozy space to relax and I always supervise interactions to ensure that all dogs are safe. If you would like your dog to be crated, I do have an extra crate or am happy to set up whatever you bring. There is plenty of space to separate dogs in the home as well if it is needed or desired. Fun and safety are my top priorities!

I have always had a passion for animals and am currently going to school for animal science. I currently work full time at a vet and I’m able to let and feed your pet before I go to work in the morning, during lunch break, and after work during the week. I’m able to spend a little more time with your pets during the weekend. I am able to play around with your pet at you would when you’re home from running around the yard, throwing a ball, playing with toys with them and so much more. I’m able to clean up any messes if the pet has them and able to love them as you would while your home.

About: Hello! My name is Melissa, and thanks for checking out my profile. Im new to Rover, but not animals care. I had a steady client, house sitting two dogs, but that is now too far away. That job was in-house care with my dog and all that included all that comes with it, feeding, playing and much more. Please let me know if I can be the one to help you! I've been an optician for 7yrs and am studying to get special certification. I do work part time as an optician locally. The job is only few days a week from 9-4. With enough notice I can make changes in regards to scheduling. Besides that I love going to the river with my dog or am just as happy sitting on the couch. I like a good schedule: something for me to follow, to know exactly what you expect and need. My dog and I walk in the mornings and after work or let out back on a lead, depending on weather. I am always outside with her. I take care of my cat litter everyday or every other. Swiffer everyday! I don't know how the litter travels everywhere!! Drives me nuts!

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals. Dogs and cats of all ages. I can do basic training for puppies as well. I have been a pet owner and animal lover since I was a child. About: I grew up with cats and dogs since I was born and since I was in 5th grade I began to pet sit and walk friends and family’s pets. I enjoy taking care of pets and spending time with them as if they were my own pets! While I do have limited experience with other animals both cats and dogs are mainly what I grew up taking care of. I have cared for animals of all ages from 8 week old puppies to senior (15+year old dogs) I can keep them on a schedule and can help give medication when needed. I provide childcare before they go to school and occasionally pick them up after school. I also provide care if at the child’s home if they are sick and unable to go to school.
