About: I've had big dogs my entire life so I'm incredibly confident in my abilities to take the best care possible of your dogs! I get along great with dogs young and old as well as big and small and have had experience dealing with reactive dogs as well. I didn't have cats growing up due to family members' allergies but I have been cat sitting for a few years for my friends and I hope to one day own a cat as well :) I've also had experience working with fish, frogs, geckos, and other small animals. I love critters big and small and work great with all types of animals! I'm a senior at the University of Maryland with a fairly relaxed schedule so I have more than enough time to make sure I'm there for your pets in every way possible! I live in an apartment on campus so unfortunately I am not currently able to board animals but I have a car so I can drive to you and can access dog parks, pet stores, and vets easily if need be. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
