nathan was so wonderful watching my senior cat. she takes a couple pills a day so it’s important for her to be cared for while i am away. nathan met with me last minute for a huge trip i had planned when my typical sitter couldn’t help me. my cat loved him immediately and i felt very safe and comfortable with her in his care. the photos he sent me throughout my trip, you could tell she was happy he was there. at one point my flight was cancelled on my trip and nathan was able to last minute accommodate feeding her again for me. very grateful for his services and will be using him again for any of my needs for my old lady! highly recommend!
Kortney was absolutely amazing with our dog Zara!!! We had a last minute cancellation right before vacation, and Kortney was incredibly accommodating and flexible with Zara’s check-ins while we were away. Zara is a very anxious dog who needs extra attention, patience, and lots of love. Kortney not only took on the job the same day, but she was also willing to meet Zara before we left, which gave us so much reassurance and peace of mind. Throughout our trip, Kortney provided daily updates after every check-in, including the cutest pictures of Zara. Since this was our first time using a pet sitting service, those updates really helped ease our minds. This was my first time using a sitter instead of friends or family, so I was pretty nervous leaving my hyperthyroid cat who needs daily medication and has become very picky with food. Maggie was fantastic—she followed my notes closely, was patient with his routine, and made sure he was comfortable and eating. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such attentive and capable hands. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her, especially for pets with extra needs.

We are so thankful for Andrew’s thorough and conscientious service. His availability on extremely short notice rescued us from a huge bind. Our two cats are friendly and affectionate to us but always afraid to interact with visitors or anyone they don’t know. Andrew was a notable exception to this tendency. His very relaxed and kind demeanor put our cats at ease from their first meeting. We appreciated the many photos that Andrew shared which clearly confirmed that our cats enjoyed his visits and were completely relaxed around him. Lily did a great job taking care of my fur babies! She sent me pictures with my babies. She sat in the yard and played with them. Gave them lots of love! Also, did a fantastic job keeping the pens and floor clean along with fresh bedding, food and water. I was anxious about having someone else take care of my babies but she eased my anxiety with how good she was with them. My babies were comfortable with her as well which made it even better. Definitely recommend!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
