They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! “This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“Alyssa took great care of our beautiful Lilly. Lilly was a bit anxious the first night, but Alyssa made her comfortable and even slept on the couch next to Lilly's bed. About: I have volunteered at animal rescues and done pet sitting, and I grew up with lots of animals, including cats and dogs. Through all of this, I find I continue to have a passion for caring for animals. I have several years of experience pet-sitting. I have done dog walking, drop in visits, and long term pet-sitting. I follow the individual routines of each animal I pet-sit. I also make sure to give the animals social interaction and play with them I currently have full availability for pet care. About: I'm an avid animal lover and have cared for pets most of my life. My German Shepard pup (17 months) is my best friend. We hike, walk, socialize at the dog park, swim, play and pretty much doing everything together. I've done dog walking, overnight pet sitting and drop in visits for the last 7 or so years. When I'm not working I'm with my pup enjoying as much of the outdoors as possible. My availability is a bit limited currently to nights and weekends. About: fostered 3 litters of kittens, pet sat for family friends with a dog and 2 indoor/outdoor cats, I have cared for a senior dog and also senior cats before. Im graduated from high school on summer break waiting to go off to college and looking for something to do with animals because I love them! I have no other job so Ill be available really any time Im needed There is a fenced yard with our family dog Ezra to play with, also 2 cats, I love walking dogs and dont mind letting them out or taking them out often.
