“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! “This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”

If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been around all kinds of animals my whole life, from chickens, hamsters to cats, dogs, and even horses. I’ve helped care for cats and dogs for family and friends in the past, providing feeding, playtime, companionship, and general care. I genuinely love spending time with animals! I’m very patient and understanding, which I think is super important when it comes to pet care (and earning their trust!). I am a college student but I usually only have two classes in the morning, which leaves me free the rest of the day to give your pets plenty of attention, care, and love! I have a fenced backyard and a super friendly, medium-sized dog, along with a cat who spends most of her day exploring outside. About: I have experience caring for my family’s two beautiful Australian Shepherds, each with a personality completely their own! First, there’s Coco—also known as “Loco Coco.” She is incredibly sweet, very anxious, smart as hell, and somehow equally goofy. Caring for Coco has taught me the importance of patience, reassurance, and understanding that every dog experiences the world differently. Then there’s Ember. She’ll growl when you pet her… and then growl when you stop petting her! She can be misunderstood and a little moodier, but she is also incredibly loyal and loving in her own unique way. Having experience with two very different temperaments has helped me become patient, understanding, and adaptable when caring for animals. About: Hi! I’ve had about 10 years of experience with my own dog and cat and would love to care for yours! Previous experience dog walking, drop-in visits, and in-home stays for up to a week+. I also have experience with administering insulin/medication if that might be a special need of your own pet. Going on walks, playing, and all around quality time with your furry friends are just a few things I can do to make them happy while you’re away. If you may have any specific needs with your pet, I’d be more than willing to figure that out with you and do things exactly how you need or prefer. I am located in Reading, PA. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! About: I have large breed experience with having had a Great Dane of my own from 8 weeks old. My siamese cat lived to 19 years old so I have senior care experience as well. I also have pet sit for my friends and family the past 10 years. I work full-time during the week 8 hours a day, but would be able to take care of them before leaving for work and after I get home. I never work weekends so Saturday and Sunday I'm available to them all day. I have a townhouse with a fenced in back yard. No current animals of my own. Would enjoy taking dogs for a long walk at the park!
