About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always been a huge animal lover. I grew up with Great Pyrenees, so I’m very comfortable around large dogs and understand the care, patience, and attention that comes with bigger breeds. Now I have a long-haired miniature dachshund of my own, so I also have plenty of experience with smaller dogs and all of the personality that can come with them! Having dogs throughout my life has taught me how different every pet can be. I’m very patient, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, feeding schedules, playtime, medications, or just lots of cuddles and attention. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I’ll always treat them the way I would want someone to treat my own dog and keep you updated while you’re away. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to make pet care a regular part of my day. I’m able to plan walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins around each pet’s normal routine. I really enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for them never feels like just another task on my schedule. I’m also happy to work with owners to keep things as consistent and familiar as possible while they’re away! I’m very mindful of things like doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions, medications, and any specific routines or house rules you have in place. I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable in their own environment while you’re away. I’m also happy to send plenty of pictures and updates so you can feel reassured knowing your pet is being well cared for.
About: I have gown up my whole life with pets. I have had dogs, cats, horses, and many other kinds of pets. I have always loved and excelled at caring for mine and my families pets. I have experience with senior dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens. Animals are a passion of mine and I am excited to help care for yours! I am a college student with a class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-10am, as well as class on Tuesday's and Thursdays from 2-5pm Aside from my classes my schedule is very open! When taking care of pets I always make sure to follow their schedule exactly in order to keep things normal for the pets I make sure to give the pets plenty if attention depending on their preferences. I always ensure the pets get a good amount of exercise and play time also depending on preferences.
About: My family worked with the Texas GSP rescue for 15 years, fostering an average of 2-3 dogs a year ever since I was 5 years old. I have also trained and cared for my families dogs every since I was old enough to do so. In my senior year of high school, I interned at a veterinarian clinic and worked at a veterinarian clinic in Lubbock. I am currently taking classes at Texas Tech university and have time between my classes to care for your fur baby. Ill be able too easily include pet care into my daily schedule I am currently not able to board pets in my home so as of right now I will not be able to provide this service
About: I have been pet sitting for about 2 years, but it is my favorite side job! I love animals of all kinds and sizes and have been trusted to stay in homes to take care of people’s beloved family members, and their home. I’m currently an elementary school teacher at Wolffarth Elementary in North Lubbock. Depending on what area I am in, I will usually leave with enough time to get to work by 7am. I cannot leave for lunch as I sadly only have 30 minutes, but I am done by 4 every day. This makes it easy to spend the evening with them and I won’t have different hours every day - routine is great for pets! I also share holidays with students so I am pretty available for sitting jobs at those times. While my apartment is a 1 bedroom, it is cozy and great for lower energy dogs. I have plenty of space for them to lay out and they stay in the air conditioning all day. For more active pets, I live right next to a middle school with a paved track for walking, and I am close to a park for dogs who love to run and play fetch!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
