“5 stars is not high enough for Mandy! She’s always so reliable even when we ask her for a booking with short notice. One of our dogs was nervous around her for the first couple days she came to watch them and she did a great job communicating with us to try to find a solution to make her more comfortable. She is now always happy to see Mandy when she comes over! Mandy always gives a great update on the dogs and provides pictures during every drop in visit. This is the 3rd time we have used Tim to watch our pups & it was our biggest challenge! THIS time we left 5 in his care that varied from 9lbs-80lbs & 2yrs old-13yrs old. Two of our fur babies have never been taken care of by anyone other than a close family member & normally always travel with us but circumstances did not allow this trip. In the past, we would have adjusted our travel plans & someone would have had to stay home but because of our past experience with Tim & our trust in him, we all were able to enjoy a family trip together. I am forever grateful to him! HE IS AMAZING!!!!
This was my first time using a sitter through Rover. Jessica did a great job caring for my two elderly cats! She is kind, has a great personality and my cats did very well with her. One of my cats tends to hide from people until he gets to know them. Both my cats came out and took to her at the first meeting. She gave one of my cats a pill (medicine) and took the other to get his sub cutaneous fluids a couple times during my absence. She was very responsive when I texted her. I love the pictures she took of my cats.
John was outstanding. He took excellent care of my dog, Pickles—making sure he got his walk, was fed, and even leaving him with a treat while putting the TV on his favorite YouTube channel. John also kept me updated with thoughtful messages and sent several cute photos of my Pickles boy, which I really appreciated. It gave me great peace of mind knowing Pickles was in such good hands. I will definitely be booking John again and highly recommend him
Fantastic. Samantha is fantastic! She’s punctual, warm, and incredibly easy to communicate with. I immediately felt comfortable which is saying a lot for me as Ace’s mom. She’s also very responsible and respectful of my home. Ace loves her and gets sooooo excited to see her on walk days!! Don’t hesitate to contact Samantha—your search is over!
Sophie was absolutely fantastic! My dog was happy, healthy and very well cared for. She was able to provide routine and lots of love for my pet which allowed me to enjoy my time away stress-free. Thank you Sophie for being there for my English Bulldog and having the flexibility to care for this specific breed! It meant a lot to me!!!
Destanie was such a great sitter. My fur babies automatically warmed up to her kind spirit. I was away for two weeks for Xmas and returned to the sweetest card and new cat toys for my fur babies. I really appreciate her so much for keeping them company while I was away. I will definitely be booking her again!!! 10 stars if I could.
