About: I’ve owned large dogs my whole life and have been through the training process with all dogs, so I am well equipped at walking and handling animals. I have a very flexible schedule and I am available for pet care at any hour and day besides on Friday nights where I have a part-time job. In my home, the dogs are fed twice a day with treats between feedings. Everyday we make sure to get in a long walk and or a game of fetch for some daily exercise

Through working various jobs/ internships, I am good at following strict regimens for feeding, going outside, and any other responsibilities asked of me. My love for animals started when I was little - I grew up with one St. Bernard and one Labrador Retriever, learning how to interact with animals as a child. When my older sisters would pet sit, I would come along with them to help and see the animals (as a child, I mostly just wanted to go because they were so cute!). I also love visiting shelters to interact with the pets and give them well-deserved attention. I will not be available Memorial Day weekend. I’m currently working part-time on a very flexible schedule. I can most likely work around your pet’s schedule as long as there is notice a few days in advance! I prioritize observing an animal’s behavior with me and with its environment. I also try my best to form a connection with the animal so that taking care of it is less stressful for both parties. I would love to meet the owner and their pet prior to sitting, over call or in person, and enough in advance so that the sitter can have time to decide if another person is a better fit. If I believe caring for a specific pet is out of my expertise, then I will not accept a job as safety is my first priority.
