“We went to the beach to introduce our dog to the ocean. She was NOT impressed. She was much happier being returned to Belkis. She ran into the house when Belkis came to greet us! Obviously wasn’t going to miss us! This was our first time using Rover.com and Belkis. She was wonderful, sending us photos of Rena and taking her on walks. We highly recommend her and will definitely book with her on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.”

About: My family has always had pets since I was a child. I’ve always had pets as an adult. My children have carried on and they have always had pets. Animals have always seemed to like me. I’m retired with my husband and we are home most of the time. We occasionally go out to dinner together. We like to take short day trips. If your pet has a crate that they can go into that would be great. We have “pet condos” for our dogs at night so we don’t have accidents. If they need to go out at night we wake up and take them out. We have an electronic fence for out dogs. If you have a collar for the fence that would work here. We have a schedule that the dogs anticipate what we do. Breakfast on the deck in the morning then downstairs and din the yard for some exercise then if it is warm outside they can go in and out on their own. My dogs get little treat during the day for being good, nothing too caloric or fancy. Sometimes carrots and sometimes dried yams.

“Mari is so amazing. I have two pups and they have separation anxiety. From the moment we got there - they went into the yard and just made themselves right at home. They didn’t even notice I was leaving. She has a wonderful home with a tall fenced in yard ( for any pet parent with an escape artist like myself). her dog, Scooby was so kind and gentle to my babies. I have to say her family is so amazing. Her son loved my dogs like they were his! I felt so comfortable on my work trip knowing they were in such great hands. 100% recommend Mari to anyone who needs a sitter. She truly loves animals and wants to make sure they are comfortable. She sends tons of photos and videos, which is really thoughtful and appreciated. She’s so great!!! So happy to find her!”

“Donna is awesome and took care of Cocoa really well. Took her out on walks regularly. Gave food on time and sometime when Cocoa didn't eat she would be concerned and tried her best to make her comfortable so she can eat! Cocoa also enjoyed her time at Donna's and she made new doggy friends with Emma and Kora! Donna also was very responsive, accommodating and flexible providing regulare updates and pics. Highlight recommended in Myrtle Beach area!”
