About: I go by Seven, I was born on a farm, I’ve worked with animals of the farm variety and of course, cats, dogs, and many more sense I was young. Volunteered at animal shelter, vets office, and farm animal facilities. I’m currently a UNM student so all my babies are at home but I plan to have my ESA Rosy join me soon, so I don’t see animals often outside of meeting fellow students pets. I have spent most of my years growing up with and around animals and have a lot of love and experience with them! I have classes m/w/f from 10am-3/1pm but other than that I’m free for any kind of help! I make sure to ask what rules or regulations have to be followed for both pet, home, and routine. I never wanna stress a pet out or an owner so I love to send photos and updates the whole time I’m there as well as make sure everyone is comfortable and happy with the job and care I give.

From the beginning I appreciated her promptness and reliability when we scheduled talks or meetings. She was also very patient with me when I reviewed all the many details prior to our trip, as I was nervous we’d be leaving our home to a new pet sitter while we’d be so far away and in a much different time zone. I shouldn’t have worried- she handled it all like the pro that she is! Communication was excellent- she’d update me about our dog Moto and their walks but did not overly text. She asked questions when needed. She dealt with some less-than-ideal situations due to our home being in the mountains (wind and fire risks) but handled it all with grace! Most importantly she took great care of our dog, giving him his daily meds, walking him often and plenty, and occasionally taking him to doggie daycare instead of leaving him alone in the house (like we had requested.). She also took excellent care of the guinea pigs and turtles. She left our home clean which we greatly appreciated. Sheri is a truly considerate individual who we were so grateful to find and be able to trust with our home and pets. I won’t hesitate to use Sheri again and hope she can sit for us whenever we are out of town.”

Hossanna took great care of our dog and cat! She sent photos and checked in with us. She stayed overnight with them and we felt so much better knowing she was looking after them and they weren’t lonely. She gave medications to our dog, and must’ve done a great job because he is happy and healthy upon our return! Even our cat who is usually shy, made friends with Hossanna.
Regina did a fantastic job taking care of my babies. I received daily updates with pictures of the cats. She was on top of everthing that needed to be done. One of my cats need medication 3 times a day. Regina didn't miss a beat. She adminstered the pill with no problem. She did have a difficulty on one occasion. I told here if she misses one medication the world would not end. It meant a lot to me that she let me know. Overall Regina did an amazing job. I would absolutely provide a good review should someone show interest in having Regina pet sit.
My dogs love Lauren, and I know she is really patient and attentive with them. They were able to play and walk and enjoy being spoiled. This is the second time Lauren has been a sitter for us and it is wonderful to know that my pets are always cared for with her.
Roxanne is incredible! I’ve found my go-to sitter for future trips. As a first-time housesitting client, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she exceeded every expectation, caring for my home and giving my two pups endless love and attention. Her photo updates throughout the weekend were such a thoughtful touch and truly put me at ease. Jade was a fantastic sitter for my two dogs. She followed my dogs medication requirements and all of the directions that I left her. I can tell she took good care of them because when I got home, they didn’t seem to have missed me all that much. She went above and beyond to leave my house clean for me when I got back.
Melanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! And I'm pretty sure I brought every challenge a pet sit can bring. I had to schedule last minute, I was leaving the country, and I have multiple dogs. She stayed overnight with them, and unfortunately we did have a scuffle between two of them on the second night that she handled masterfully. She got on the phone with me right away, sent me pictures, took great care of everyone, took the injured dog to my vet and followed up with great care of him until I could get home 2 days later. Her communication was excellent! The dogs were clearly well taken care of and in great spirits when I got home. This was my first experience using a Rover sitter and she exceeded my expectations by far! I feel incredibly lucky that Melanie was the sitter who got my crazy clan. She was kind and patient and wonderful about the entire experience.
