About: Who's a good dog? All of them. My step-dog is the love of my life, and I'm the person who talks to animals more than humans at a party. I have experience with: Dogs, cats, fish, rodents, horses, chickens, other birds, reptiles, and more. As a former field biologist, I handled a wide variety of animals and completed Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) training. I'm open to caring for almost any critter. We recently moved, and I decided it was time to join Rover. A few Rover notes: If you need to cancel a booking and get a full refund, please leave a good review. Losing income is challenging, but positive reviews help. Meet & greets are not paid, so please consider leaving a positive review (or tip) after the booked service to help with fuel costs. Booking a a drop-in service as a meet&greet is another great option. Drop-In prices are set assuming no harness/leash is required. For example, you have a fully fenced in yard. If you want your pet walked, please book a walk. My schedule is variable, so just message me so we can discuss what your critter needs. This summer I have lots of availability. Thank you! I am currently not taking client's pets into my own home. I am open to a variety of conditions for home visits/walks/play dates/check-ins. She took some very sweet photos of Gunnar and told me all about their activities, so I knew he was having as good a day as he could have, being alone except for her two visits. She gave him his treats and took him for walks, and it looks like they had a good time. He was happy when I got home and hadn't touched a thing in the house. About: With 30 years of experience, previous dog training, your pup, senior, any age dog is in caring and attentive hands. I interact, play, talk and walk your pet. They have my attention 24/7 full time. I don't split my attention with work from home job so your loved one has literally 24/7 attention! Let's meet or chat and say HI ! I have a small dog of my own, a little whipper snapper Klee Kai who is a retired service dog. But he respects older dogs too. I am a good pet human to those I am caring for. Your dog has safe and spacious areas to play and there are walking/snowmobile trails very close by where I take longer walks 3-4 times a day weather permitting and depending on your dog's energy level . I have had hens, rabbits, dogs, birds, farm animals and plenty of other critters over the years so am very accustomed to caring for animals on a daily basis. I have dog training experience. Your dog must be house trained, spayed or neutered and know basic commands,be non aggressive and leash trained and have topical flea/tick treatment and be up to date on all vaccinations. Unless you direct, I don't put pets in a crate though I do have 2 available if you prefer I use it at night. Your pet is with me 24/7 so has company and supervision. I have a fully fenced area but it's NOT SUITABLE if your dog digs under fences or can jump a 4' fence! I live walking distance to really nice hiking/snow mobile trails. I keep dogs on a leash at all times except in my fenced area where they can stretch and for bathroom and play. I adjust my routine to your pet. This is my full time passion. I'm not a kid filling in time and do this because I absolutely love having your pup! I take your dog on multiple walks every day. If I am taking care of your pet in your home, they get the same attention while I'm at your home, though I do prefer boarding at my home. I require owners permission to transport your dog in my vehicle to the hiking trails since I won't cross any busier roads with any pet on a leash. It's safer to drive to them a few minutes away. Your pets are NEVER EVER left unattended and alone in my vehicle. Dogs must come clean (no bad or strong smells), food dishes, adequate food for the time they are with me, a favorite toy (though I have a full box of clean toys) and vet info in advance. PLEASE NOTE, DOGGY DAY CARE is any 8 hour period until 5:30 PM daily. Prefer 8:30 AM arrival but earlier is definitely possible too. After 8 hrs, it's an additional $10 hr. This site doesn't let me customize schedules with time frames. This is full time for me. Pick up/drop off is between 8:30AM - 5:30 PM but can be earlier or later with advance notice. Extended hours are available with prior notice and additional fee of $15 hr. Doggie day care is between 8:30AM- 5:30 PM (8 hrs per session between those hours. Day care is no more than 8 hrs for the flat daily rate. Overnight rates are 24 hrs and $15 hr will be added after 24 hrs I have a fenced yard which pets are free to be in unleashed. My front deck is gated so pets can be outside under cover. Back deck is also enclosed into the pet area and has a roof.

About: I had had cats for as long as I can remember, I have also had Guinea pigs and 45 chickens at one point in time I am currently a full time student at central Maine community college so my schedule carries, but I am always available after 2pm. I have modays and Fridays free and I am available most of the day on Wednesday I have 2 cats currently and my girlfriend has 2 dogs. I make sure that all of the animals in my life get plenty of play time and attention.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old as a pet sitter, but we got our own family dog as a toddler. Over the years, that experience has grown into a true passion, and I now have 2 dogs of my own. I’m used to all kinds of personalities, from high-energy dogs who love long walks and playtime to more relaxed companions who just want cuddles. I’m all about keeping tails wagging with lots of attention, exercise, and love. I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Because I am not tied to an office, I’m able to let sit in your home and be present for walks, feedings, playtime, and companionship—keeping your pets routine as normal and stress-free as possible. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats ranging from under one year to 14 years of age. I have administered medication for dogs and cats (orally and via shot). I have provided care for extremely social dogs and anxious pups—I am confident in my ability to provide connection and care.I have also taken care of chickens and am comfortable doing so. I have been living with a golden retriever puppy for the last two years so I’m eager to spend time with some pups of kittens! I am a middle school teacher in the area trying to make a little money on the side doing what I love. I’m not currently living with a pet myself so I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet if possible. About: I grew up on a farm where I was surrounded by large animals like cattle and horses, which gave me a deep appreciation for working with animals from a young age. My passion for animal care led me to become a veterinary technician, where I spent several years working in a large animal hospital. During this time, I gained extensive experience handling various animals, assisting in surgeries, administering medications, and providing routine care. I also have a 8 year-old German Shepherd named Nala. These experiences have strengthened my skills in animal health and care, and I truly enjoy working with animals of all sizes. Currently work part time so I have plenty of time for your pup/animal! I am very flexible and will do my best to accommodate yours and your animals needs Will love on your pet like my own !
