About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I grew up with a cat who was much more than a pet—because I didn’t have any brothers or sisters, she was my best friend and constant companion. Unless you direct, I don't put pets in a crate though I do have 2 available if you prefer I use it at night. Your pet is with me 24/7 so has company and supervision. I have a fully fenced area but it's NOT SUITABLE if your dog digs under fences or can jump a 4' fence! I live walking distance to really nice hiking/snow mobile trails. I keep dogs on a leash at all times except in my fenced area where they can stretch and for bathroom and play. I adjust my routine to your pet. This is my full time passion. I'm not a kid filling in time and do this because I absolutely love having your pup! I take your dog on multiple walks every day. If I am taking care of your pet in your home, they get the same attention while I'm at your home, though I do prefer boarding at my home. I require owners permission to transport your dog in my vehicle to the hiking trails since I won't cross any busier roads with any pet on a leash. It's safer to drive to them a few minutes away. Your pets are NEVER EVER left unattended and alone in my vehicle. Dogs must come clean (no bad or strong smells), food dishes, adequate food for the time they are with me, a favorite toy (though I have a full box of clean toys) and vet info in advance. PLEASE NOTE, DOGGY DAY CARE is any 8 hour period until 5:30 PM daily. Prefer 8:30 AM arrival but earlier is definitely possible too. After 8 hrs, it's an additional $10 hr. This site doesn't let me customize schedules with time frames. This is full time for me. Pick up/drop off is between 8:30AM - 5:30 PM but can be earlier or later with advance notice. Extended hours are available with prior notice and additional fee of $15 hr. Doggie day care is between 8:30AM- 5:30 PM (8 hrs per session between those hours. Day care is no more than 8 hrs for the flat daily rate. Overnight rates are 24 hrs and $15 hr will be added after 24 hrs I have a fenced yard which pets are free to be in unleashed. My front deck is gated so pets can be outside under cover. Back deck is also enclosed into the pet area and has a roof.

About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

About: I grew up dogs from the time I was little- labs, retrievers, shepherds- and had a special needs rescue dog with my partner for many years who lived to be fifteen. I follow plans and instructions that have been provided to me meticulously and with great care. I unfortunately have two cats at home that are not fond of other pets staying over. Due to my cats preferences I will keep my cat at the clients home or outside.

About: I have grown up with pets all my life, starting at the age of 7. My family currently has three dogs (one small and two medium) that I care for regularly. I am able to walk the three on a lease comfortably and have played a large role in training them. Although I prefer dogs, I grew up with a cat that I loved and cared for. I am able to provide compassion and care to a variety of pet personalities. With years of experience caring for cats and dogs, I understand how important it is to find a sitter/ walker you can trust. Whether your pet needs playtime, a dependable routine or just company, I’m here to provide loving and reliable care. I am studying for a board exam and working part time. My part time job is flexible, allowing Sat, Sun,Mon, Wed and Fri to have open availability. I am more likely to commit to requests that are received a few days to a week prior. I care for pets in their home by meeting them where they are at; literally and personality wise. With three dogs of my own at home, I am unable to watch your pet outside of their home. In caring for your pet in their environment it helps reduce stress and attempt to maintain any form of routine they have. I am considerate of multiple personalities and consciously make an effort to accommodate the pets needs. With dogs I have watched in the past, I attempt to give them familiarity with their routine, within mine and their comfort. I walk familiar roads/paths, feed them on their schedule (if possible) and attain to any of their needs. I will use any devices/ equipment you typically use and will prioritize safety outside the home (using leases, collars, etc.).
About: I grew up on a farm where I was surrounded by large animals like cattle and horses, which gave me a deep appreciation for working with animals from a young age. My passion for animal care led me to become a veterinary technician, where I spent several years working in a large animal hospital. During this time, I gained extensive experience handling various animals, assisting in surgeries, administering medications, and providing routine care. About: I have been taking care of dogs big and small since I was 10 years old, as well as pet fish, hamsters, guinea pigs. I’ve always offered to help family friends neighbors take care of there’s as well wether it’s walking, bringing them on rides, feeding, bathing, or just giving lots of love to them while there owners are gone. I’ve also worked at a couple farms before so I have plenty of experience with all sorts of animals and a very big heart for every single one of them. I have a big vehicle so if they are ok in the car I can bring them to the lake, for a walk on one of the local trails, or just for a ride on a nice day. I love spoiling my own pup so yours are gonna be spoiled just as much! Most dogs I’ve been around have been put in crates wether they were being trained as a puppy or can’t be left out in the house alone so I know how to handle that if needed at any time. I make sure there water bowls are ALWAYS full and when to feed them. I clean up there messes if needed and try to keep things tidy even if they just take everything out again. I give them lots of pets and attention and learn there attitudes and personality as well as I can so I know them better and they can trust me.
